I have to say this is the worst Mexican food I have had in the Quad Cities. The only place that's worse is Acapulco in Rock Island.
Service is absolutely horrible! Not sure on the criteria to be hired but they seem more interested in their phones than any paying customers! They are rude to children, act annoyed, take forever to do the Sunkist of things. Food however was pretty good but because of the service 2/10
Just had the WORST Margarita of my life in Milan. Great food and drinks are Usually good here and I was SO glad they finally have a vegetarian dish then they serve me a Marg with just sugar that tasted terrible!!!🥴😩

The service is fast and friendly, with staff who always greet customers with a smile. This restaurant even offers vegetarian choices, including Cactus tacos. Despite slightly increasing prices, the excellent service and quality of food make Cactus a must-visit spot that won't disappoint. The carnitas are the best in the area, and the hot sauce and salsa are top-notch. Many customers enjoy going every Tuesday for taco Tuesday, making it definitely worth checking out.
