I am giving the Milan location 1 star because every time my wife gets our food from there, the potatoes are undercooked and sandwiches are made wrong. This place needs better employee training and/or a different manager. I would avoid this location at all costs if possible. There has been several weeks between purchases and it hasn't got any better. Something needs to change.

Liked the taste of my sandwich and waffle fries but where’s the meat? I can get a ham & cheese sandwich combo at Hardee’s with 4 times the ham at the same price for the combo. Can I have more? I’ll still visit again. Thank you!

For 2 combos...$27.13, I expect more than one slice of meat, and one slice of cheese. Hand full of lettuce and dry bread. Burned cheddar fries. We gave the food back and ask for our money back. It was awful.

Went there 2 days in a row getting 5 sandwiches for my family each day. I wanted to splurge a little on the kids. Out of 10 total sandwiches, 6 were incorrect. Paid too much to have to keep driving back. Headache and hassle. Food still good but DEFINITELY need to do better!!!

Easily the most expensive sandwich in the area. For two people to eat its pretty much 30 dollars. When it comes to price gouging, this place is definitely gonna eat at your pockets and you won't even be full. I'd go to any of the other sandwich joints in the area If u wanna save money and have a better meal.
Can't seem to get orders right after 3pm. I'll be going to rockisland hungry hobo from now on.

Food always is good. Service and manager...not so much . Person who was manger never hardly said a word. Also think it's funny that 2.6 % is added to ur bill for using a debit card....but if u use the same card on their app...no fee. The Boye's are one of the wealthiest families in Rock Island.....yet they apperantly need your extra 2.6 percent to process your card in their store. Appeantly Pryce isn't rich enough..
