Small proportions, extremely overpriced
Store completely out of honey. However, they don't tell you that when you order a meal with biscuits . Instead, they let you leave and find a bunch of butter packs in the bag, as if adding twice the amount of butter will make up for the lack of honey on the biscuit. This may seem petty, but food is too expensive to not get what you ordered.
Never get the basic butter, honey, and utensils. Also half the time the order is messed up. Will not be going back anymore.

Staff has a very hard time listening to orders! My husband ordered a big family meal and they messed up twice and i still came home to food i didn’t order! KFC is loosing its touch due to staff
Waited 20 min for extra crispy was given a very hot bucket filled with grease and soggy breading have pics to show worse experience I've ever had at a kfc
The employees here are more friendly than the other Quad Cities locations.
KFC in Peoria all closed because they were awful. So I was excited when I took kids snow tubing to call into or fav KFC. It was what every KFC should be. Well run great service and food. Loved it
Got a 4 piece chicken tenders. Looks more like 4 chicken nuggets. I have had bigger nuggets than these tenders. I shouldn't be able to eat a chicken tender in two bites

These guys are my go to the service is great and they have 97%of the time give me fresh good chicken and I'll take that anytime in this day and age keep up the good work

Yall are out here doing the Lord's work. Has had my mobile order ready every time I go to pick-up. The one time it wasn't, less than a 3 minute wait. Which is highly respectable for a 30 minute lunch. Thank you for being disciplined about mobile orders!!! Have missed lunch because of a missed mobile order. I don't go back to those places for lunch. Thank you again!! Highly appreciative and happy customer.
Well, where to begin? I guess I’ll start by saying I will never visit this location again! I have been here on numerous occasions and have seen the dining room a filthy disaster while employees stood around in the back talking amongst themselves and or hanging out the back door smoking in what appears to be group sessions. Bathrooms are disgusting and if I were you, I’d pull the pop nozzles off to see if they’ve actually been cleaned because last time I checked them, they were absolutely nasty!! I have always refused the drinks that come with meals at this location for that reason. Now let’s talk food. It’s not that it’s bad, it’s just that they never have extra crispy chicken!! I was told tonight, 07/07/2024 at 6:30pm that they were out and that it was because it was late. That always seems to be the excuse no matter what time I show up! Sometimes they will ask if I want to wait and they would make a fresh batch, I wasn’t asked that at all on this occasion. In fact, the gentleman behind the counter acted like he didn’t really want to be bothered. Again, I was there at 6:30, they close at 9:30, that’s 3 whole hours!!!!!!!!!! Not sure why they didn’t plan ahead when they got low? I mean, it’s not rocket science. I just don’t understand why they never seem to be prepared. At this point, I want to contact Popeyes chicken headquarters and ask them to build a Popeyes right across the street from KFC and shut that location down!! Also, I was originally going to order an 8 piece meal+8 piece tenders deal and was told I have to place that order online otherwise it would be a lot more expensive. I told the cashier that was ridiculous to which he agreed so I placed a different order instead. Of all the times I have visited other locations, I don’t remember ever being told they’re out of extra crispy chicken, it’s only this location. I’m done! ✌?
