the guy at the window needs to cut the pet names, it is creepy. he called my wife "sweetness" and other unwelcome pet names. creepy!
I order a 6PC chicken nugget happy meal and 2 mcdoubles med fries and drink and they mess it up big time
I get to the window and the lady hands me the happy meal, drinks and a bag but all there was was fries in it no doubles so I had to knock on the window to get my double and rush off little did I know my son got a cheeseburger not his nuggets and unfortunately he autistic so he won't eat a burger and can't voice there something wrong

Sometimes people in the service industry have no idea what the person that they're waiting on is going through or what kind of day they are having... I was having a bad day today and trying to hold back my tears. I went through the drive-thru and the young man that first waited on me and took my payment was named Nate. he tried to make a joke well waiting on me and I was only half paying attention and then when I got the joke I smiled and apologized or not really paying attention...read full review

McDonald's offers great service and a spacious, well-maintained parking lot, great during snowy weather. The restaurant is kid-friendly, featuring an accessible play place area perfect for children to burn off energy. It is also wheelchair-friendly, with easy access and appropriate facilities. The food is served hot and quickly, and they are accommodating when errors occur in orders. About 2/3 of the time, the food is just right, hot and fresh with no complaints. However, sometimes orders are incorrect, and there have been instances where customers feel ripped off on extra toppings. Some customers are disappointed with their frappe. Despite some issues with orders and pricing, most of the workers are very friendly. Since they got rid of old management, it has been much better with great upper management and staff.
