walked in there was no workers in plain sight....we stood there for about 15 minutes before anybody came. ordered 2 pops 3 waters ....pop came then waiter came and told us that he would have to ring it up.....I said y can have them back .....we ordered water the first time.....chicken Alfredo can cold for 18.00....Pizza still raw....no napkins no drinks....will not be coming back.also price was different the menu.....our bill was almost 50...I am pasta is 17.00 ....drinks 2 meal box i s 7.most 30.00+not 50.service was terrible......was good years back ....not not now. will be going to monmouth Pizza hut from now on.

Employees at the Milan, Il Hut are running a tipping scam! This had happened the last three times I've ordered online for pick up. The first time I paid in cash and was asked if I wanted my change back. The second time I paid by credit card and the employee passed the card machine out the window to me saying he couldn't enter the tip amount himself, it had to entered by me!!!!! I entered zero! Tonight, arriving there for pick up the employee again started to pass the cc machine out the window. I immediately informed him that I won't play that game and that I don't tip at a drive-up window! He pulled the machine back and left to get my order. As I waited, I'm thinking if this guy is going to spit on my food. As I drove off, I wondered if I was wrong. Did Trump sign an Executive Order requiring people to tip at a drive-up window? This would be a great story for the local media!

Finally had the bone-in chicken wings from Pizza Hut. I used a coupon so they were more fairly priced. They were excellent. Quite meaty and very saucy. Over priced but otherwise a very good wing experience. 10/10

DOORDASHERS/DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE. This place will take orders and keep the money then send a separate delivery company to the customer claiming there's a cash order when the customer paid them on card. CUSTOMERS this place hires 3rd parties and screws them over because they do not have many drivers themselves. If you want a delivery from here try going through the 3rd party app(doordash) so your driver actually gets paid
Ordered delivery which was fine. The cheesesticks didn't come with marinara which I thought they did. My pizza had the cupped pepperoni and not the original pepperoni and I didn't order them. I had not ordered from this location in a while because the quality of food and thought I'd try it again. I guess I will avoid it again until I hear about a change there.

If I could put zero Stars I would I order from their store on accident online and call to cancel to get money back so I can order from the correct Pizza Hut and they kept hanging up on me and door dash returned it to them and still no refund
