I go here nearly daily. The staff are all extremely polite and welcoming. I’ve only had one issue within the last twelve months and they very quickly fixed it (missing food)! The drinks are always made perfectly and the hot food is always HOT! I recommend them to everyone.

I was happy with Scooters, however they changed their app and when they did that I lost a $30 gift card that I had applied to the app. I tried tonreach them by calling and there is no number available to call, I tried to contact thru their website and no one responded, and then I finally went thru the drive thru and they took my information and the dead gift card and the.manager on duty said some one would be contacting me. Well that was two months ago and nothing!! I lost $30 worth of coffee with no way to get it back!! I will never go to a scooters again!! If you have a gift card, never put it into their app or you run the risk of loosing it with no way to get it back!!

I prefer sugar free drinks & they have a very good tasting Turtle Frappe type blended iced coffee drink. It's my "go to" I like to get. Highly recommend!

I was at Scooters this morning around 7:20ish i’d say, and I got the new Oreo Blender, I never got to unfortunately try it as it slipped out of my hand and busted all over my driveway.. So i go back to get a new one as i really wanted to try it.. I told the girl i’m not sure her name but she had blonde hair, and she didn’t charge me for it as i tried to pay for it.. She was super sweet and understanding thank you so much for your generosity!! You’re such a sweet person! (also pictured the new one ☺️).

Always a pleasure from every scooters I've been to. Fast and very polite, coffee is great though I'm partial to the sugary drinks so can't speak on the regular coffee but everything I've had is great.
