I came in and asked for two gift cards one at $15 and one at $20, I told the girl I said are you sure you're not going to get those mixed up she said no ma'am. So I got them and the green one said it was $15 and the red ones said it was $20. So I sent the first one out that was $15 and when I got a thank you she said I was surprised it was $20 but it said it was $15. So I took the remaining card in today to the Starbucks in Milan Illinois and I told the girl behind the counter with the problem was and she took the card she said yeah even though it says $20 it's only actually $15 but there's nothing I can do about it and we're really sorry. My first thought was when I ordered them she should have did each one separately but no she said she got it she had everything straight which she did not and so it just messed up my Christmas. So I would be very cautious about whatever you buy at the Starbucks in Milan Illinois inside of Hy-Vee because they have very incompetent people working there

save yourself five dollars and just go to the starbucks down the street, the employees there don’t know how to make drinks and i’ve had to tell them on multiple occasions how to make a drink(I’m an actual starbucks barista) i’ve always gotten an attitude with the employees even though i understand them as a barista, just not a good experience every time.
