Always has my to-go order ready. It also tastes better than I remember. The Milan crew is really reliable with online ordering and it being ready on time. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so I greatly appreciate it being ready when I get there. Shows employees who care, which is rare these days. Keep taking pride in your work.
My sandwich was fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly and professional. They support the community and first responders.

The lady working on the first section is rude and doesn’t follow instructions on how to make a sandwich. She didn’t give me all the cheese I asked for because she they cover the first section so we can’t see what she is doing. I like the younger workers and previous lady better.

Went in today after having a crazy day. Shaun was the young man working, and he appeared to be the only one working. He was helping someone when we walked in, his order tablet for takeout was going off, yet he stayed calm and cool. He didn't rush the gentleman he was helping. When our turn came, he chatted with us and didn't rush us. Shaun definitely made some of the best SUBWAY sandwiches I have had in a LONG time...and we love our Subway pretty frequently. Thanks Shaun, for making our day so much brighter and so much yummier!

Last time I'll ever get subway. Blows my mind that you can't make a sandwich the way that you put it on the menu.

I have been to several Subways. In fact I like them very much, however the Subway in Milan will no longer get my business. The lady making my salad was rude, hurried, annoyed by the 8 people in line. My rotisserie style salad didn't even fill half the bowl that I paid almost $10 for. This was my 1st time at this location. It will also be my last. Very disappointing.

Why are you never open? Went there Sunday afternoon closed you’re right on the river with the bike path with the hunting place next-door a beautiful day and your closed. You can’t stay open because you don’t honor coupons and you don’t put any meat in the sandwiches anyway please sell your subway to somebody else so they can be open and available to our needs
An honor the coupons you suck

This store goes out of it's way to not honor subway promotions, forcing customers to buy 2 6 inch subs to avoid footlong deals. Also not open on the weekend or past 5pm on a week day so hope you don't want a sandwich at night.

I wouldn't know never got through the front door. This local Milan Illinois Subway has a sign posted on the front door stating they will not accept Subway coupons even though the coupons are mailed locally to residents in the area. I assume their business is so terrific they don't have to comply or they just don't need the local business.
Sandwich was very light. Not the meat weight like other subways. Very disappointing.
