Rude staff, poor food. i would Choose any other sub place besides this one.

Owner/Manager is rude and has terrible customer service and professionalism and had no remorse over charging my $3.89.

The Sub of the day is $6.99, in order to get it for $6.99 the cashier needs to ring up the sub, the chips and the drink so the POS will combine them and charge $6.99. the cashier forgot to ring up my chips so it charged me $7.79 for my sub and $2.59 for my drink a total of $10.38 an overcharge of $3.39.

Also the pop machine was out and everything tast d like garbage. After making our sandwiches the staff disappeared to the back so there was as no one to talk to about not having a drink. I helped myself to a bottle of pop since I clearly couldn't have a fountain drink.

Finally 20 mins later she reappears up front, so I ask her about my receipt and instead of helping she calls me a theif for taking the bottle of pop because it's 50 cents more than a fountain drink. First off, if she wouldn't have left the front of the store for 20 mins. I would have. I actually did wait 10 mins for her to come back but i couldn't keep eating my dried out sun with our something to drink.

So I give her another dollar to pay for th difference in bottle versus fountain even tho she still owes me $3.39 for my meal of the day and most of not all restaurants would give me the drink complementary for my troubles. And you guesses it, she doesn't give me my 50 cents change after giving her the dollar and continues to call me a theif while she owes me $3.89 now.

This lady needs to go-to Jersey Mike's and see how customer service is supposed to be. Horrible experience. Never going back.

Rude staff with bad hygiene. I did not feel good about eating my sandwich but how do ask the person you'd like someone else to make your sandwich. The pop machine was bad, every flavor tasted horrible and when we asked for them to fix it, they said nothing was wrong with it and to drink it.

This week I believe in Tuesday 9/16/25 or Wednesday 9/17/25 - Went to subway during my lunch break to get a sub and once I got back to work I realized my bell pepper had mold so I took it back and she got upset and said it’s part of the bell peppers! Like why? So she goes and says “you see me making it so I’m not replacing it” I’m assuming it had to be caught at the moment that’s ridiculous. So asked to speak to manager and said she was the manager so I did say that she SUCKED AS A MANAGER! Subway you have to do better I understand its franchise owners but all she had to do is making it right and replace it the dam sub is already pricy as it is!!! That’s money in the garbage I’ll take my money else where!! And shame on you Manger!!! At Milan Subway

I've always got good food exactly like I ordered it. I do wish they took the corporate coupon but they are independent owned so I understand why they don't. Still ❤️ a meatball sub. It's one of my cryptonites. 🍻 👏 to y'all.

Whoever is the owner of this place should be ashamed of himself! How do U have one employee running the sandwich bar , register and the entire store singlehandedly?! Not good

This place sucks. Whoever was working 8-1 at 8:10 extremely rude and told us we couldn’t order even though they close at 9. Not sure if it’s a new rule but there were nicer ways to say that

The manager of this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. On my last visit into the store, she was using profanity and calling a customer out of their name, which was very offputting. I will never eat there again.

Zero stars if I could. Business could be booming in such a small town… your foods gross and so is your staff! No wonder the old owners made sure they let the world know they sold the business! Do better!

I showed up for lunch this week, at 12:04pm

They had no bread, except what was left in the cabinet, from the day before. ( DAY OLD BREAD )

The three employees were stressed out.

Not a concern for anyone else, except themselves.

The business is in Milan, I don't think it's overrun with customers.

In my opinion, it is insane to purchase a foot long sub from
$15 - $20.

This Subway does not accept coupons and have a tip jar, right there In front of the register.

Another option, Is to leave a tip on your debit card or credit card of 15% - 20%. Before you can even purchace your food.

Again, they're asking for more money.

Also you can go all the way and custom Tip over the machine's suggested Gratuity.

If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. I went in ordered a spicy Italian. Add Turkey when the dude made it it didn't look right. The meat was incorrect, so I told him, look, that's not the right meat. That doesn't look right He said no, it's correct. So when I call back to tell him, it was incorrect when I take a bite out of it at home. He leads to tell me that his manager will refund me the next morning. Sadly, I spoke to the manager, and she was just as nasty as he was. If not more, I would not recommend this restaurant ever Subway as a franchise is going so downhil. It's just disgusting
The worst part was is the fact that they told me they couldn't refund me because he made the sandwich in front of me. But look, it doesn't matter. He made it in front of me. He didn't listen to me, needs new management Asap. Or to be shut down seriously also, Subway is not clean. Keep that in mind, bugs are not good

Tried to get food at 9:10pm on a Friday and the girl was sitting at a table and had the doors locked when the sign said they close at 10.

Went in and only 1 worker. We stood in line for 15 minutes and when it was our turn the worker said it would be a 25-30 minute wait because the 1 worker had to fill online orders. They lost About 10 customers including us. I don't recommend this place unless you want to wait awhile for a sandwich. I highly recommend subway do away with online orders if they can't handle it.
