Always has my to-go order ready. It also tastes better than I remember. The Milan crew is really reliable with online ordering and it being ready on time. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so I greatly appreciate it being ready when I get there. Shows employees who care, which is rare these days. Keep taking pride in your work.

Went in today after having a crazy day. Shaun was the young man working, and he appeared to be the only one working. He was helping someone when we walked in, his order tablet for takeout was going off, yet he stayed calm and cool. He didn't rush the gentleman he was helping. When our turn came, he chatted with us and didn't rush us. Shaun definitely made some of the best SUBWAY sandwiches I have had in a LONG time...and we love our Subway pretty frequently.
