Mariachi's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina

We placed an order for pick up today. I placed the order over the phone and let the gentleman know that I did not have a menu in front of me, but asked if they had a “chicken, cheese, and rice bowl” he confirms they did and I ordered two. I also ordered steak fajitas. I arrived to pick up the order and paid the $92 bill (which is incredibly steep for lunch food, but I paid and tipped. I drove the 20 minutes home to find the photo attached. I called and spoke to 3 separate people, all of whom stated they would not do anything but remake the order, which I declined as I was not going to drive back. The staff became incredibly rude and told me that I was “confused” when ordering. When I shared what I said when ordering, the manager stated that the host who took my order is “not familiar with the menu”. I definitely DO NOT recommend the food or the service.

They are good but very expensive.

Food was excellent minus the guac. I ordered through uber eats and no guac arrived. What Mexican restuarant has no guac? The othwr food was great.

We visit this place at least once a week because the food is fantastic and the drink are delish. Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly staff.

We ate lunch at this restaurant. The food was very dry and cold. We went into the game room where there were slot machines and one couch and one soft chair. The couch and the soft chair were used by the restaurant employees who were sleeping wutg their heads hanging over the sides of the furniture and their legs curled up on the seating area leving no room for any customers to use the seating. The employees were either sleeping and snoring or talking to each other in a loud volume in Spanish. Not a pleasant atmosphere for customers to enjoy the gaming area at all.

Food was excellent. Service was probably the best I’ve had in a LONG time. Only had lunch menu options, so can’t speak to the variety of choices on a regular basis but I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.
