Great experience there yesterday 10/23/2024. Food was good, service was great and the atmosphere was amazing. In and out pretty quick too for all 4 of us!
Despite clear instructions, my sandwich came toasted and unfortunately even found a hair, but the real kicker was the mildew smell! From the bag to the bread! Never again! ???

Don't come here. The back of the store floods with sewage multiple times a week. Most of the employees try their best, but the management I experienced was completely disorganized. Nobody gets trained properly and it makes everything extremely stressful. Don't order food from there, don't apply for a job there, just stay away.

HORRIBLE!!! Manager informed me it was her store and to get the "F" out. Mind you there were people sitting in there. She rudely corrected the lady making my sandwich to shut up and get moving as she was ringing me out. I just attempted to inform the manager she had no clue what we were talking about to say that. Her skills were shown to the store by kicking me out for saying that. Pathetic and will NEVER return

A fast food joint in Millstadt...what could go wrong? Absolutely NOTHING! The sandwich artists are friendly, attentive, and full of smiles. It is always a pleasure to engage the Subway Sandwich engineers. Despite "supply chain issues" throughout the World, you can STILL get biscuits-n-gravy at this fine establishment in Millstadt....oh how I wait for tomorrow's breakfast!

Don't even bother attempting to eat in at this subway if it's less than 45 minutes before closing time. While checking out at 7:21 (8:00 closing time), we were asked in a very rude manner "you guys are eating here?" After we said yes and received nothing but eye rolls and dirty looks from the younger girl that didn't even know how to make a sandwich yet, I decided to take the sandwich on a 25 minute drive home. Didn't really feel like getting the stink eye from someone, who clearly doesn't belong in customer service, while I eat.

Attention personnel. Ordered a salad which was skimpy on the ingredients. Most other subways fill the plastic container, not this one.
