If you are anywhere near Sheffield, IL, do yourself a favor and stop at Nolan’s Breakfast Kitchen. This place is a fantastic find.
The absolute highlight of the meal was the fried potato pancakes. They were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had.
