Ordered a subway club from Alexis and this girl literally couldn't care less. No counting of the meats, placing them properly and the veggies were even more of a mess. Just slaps them on there and they are just everywhere. Asked to have it wrapped separately bc that's easier for me as a trucker but she didn't even do that. 🤦🏻♀️

*Edit 2* Luckily I did not leave yet and I went back in to talk to the manager Kaitlyn. She fixed my sandwich again and apologized. multiple times.

⚠️ The Worst Service and Complete Lack of Hygiene! ⚠️ This person prepares food wearing the same gloves they use to touch the computer screen and monitor. They walk away from the cash register, sit at their computer, touch dirty surfaces without washing their hands, and then immediately start making food for customers! 🤢
The food is prepared in a filthy, careless way, with zero regard for basic hygiene rules. This is not only disgusting but also dangerous to people’s health.
Such behavior shows a total disregard for customers and for basic sanitary standards. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place — buying food here is a direct health risk. 🚫🍔

Got the last piece of Wheat bread and it was stale, the guy behind me got the last of the bread and they weren't making any more bread and turned away 3 customers because of not having bread and out of other items as well

Went in to get a nacho omg. The guy took 15 minutes to fix the customer sandwich in front of me. He don’t know how to work and talk. So every time he says something he stops working. I only had 30 mins to take my break and he used up 24 minutes. He’s seems like a good kid but I don’t think he should be working a fast food job. He move to slow. Shouldn’t take 20 minutes per sandwich

Just today I placed an online order to get myself lunch for work. When I went to pick it up all the doorways were locked and blocked off and it just said “subway closed until further notice”. I was still charged, didn’t get any food, and there was no warning that the place was closed.

They have madey online orde wrong 2 days in a row. I know it's just a job at subway but can anyone that works there read? I called and complained..nyeah I'm mad so what .. and she hung up on me when I came back to the store she told me she was going to have her manager ask me to leave. So I went and got her myself. When a ticket says to add more of something do it after all I paid for it and it's your job! O literally had 3slivers of green peppers.. how is that more? Was it because 2 is normal.

This place is a dump! I have never seen such a slow in at Subway in my life if this is a corporate Subway they need to close it it is pitifully slow and the people that work here just don't care
Came in about 2pm, no one was at the deli at all. I hollered some young guy comes out of the back pissed off as hell. Guess he didn't want to work. Had hardly anything going. No meatballs?? Really or just too lazy to fix them? Get rid of Subway and put the restaurant back in. Get more service. Won't definitely be back to this one at all.

Went at 8:25pm waited 10+min just to get told that they closed early. But the store and online says 9:00pm. If this is the case this should be known to all customers. I wasted time, gas and money just to get told it was closed. Very upset 😡

Came in on Thursday, May 30th. There were a boy and girl working. As the girl was making my order, the boy kept interrupting her to give her cleaning instructions for later. Maybe don't interrupt someone working with a customer? I think those cleaning directions could've waited. Then after I got my order, I watched the girl clean all tables with a dirty rag, touch multiple dirty surfaces and objects. Then another customer entered and she went and made his sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES. Seems like an OSHA violation. Terrible service and atmosphere. Wish I could give 0 stars.
