Rude employees more concerned about doing dishes than treating customers with any sort of care. Some girls that also seem to work there were making and ringing up their own orders while dressed in pajamas knowing we were waiting to pay. All of the spoons had hairs and dust on them and overall it was just a really underwhelming and annoying experience. Next time I’ll drive 20 minutes to the next location.

Wasted a trip today, walked in to an almost empty freezer where every shelf was cleaned out of pre made quarts. They had two left and likely just refused to refill the stock. I can’t always get into stores due to tight parking. This was a giant and complete waste of time, I shouldn’t have to ask if there’s any in back cause if there was REFILL EVERYTHING THEN

A couple friends and I walked in at approximately 9:57, a few minutes before close. Walking in, a girl who was clearly upset by us announced “we only have two minutes to take their order” to her coworkers, loud enough for us to hear and be offset by her irritation. Only having 30 seconds to scan the menu, the nondairy salted fudge ice cream was delicious but negatively influenced by her energy. We understood they were closing but no place was open after 9pm on a weekday. They literally closed 5 minutes after we left so there was really no problem us being there…

Servixe is not good! They are charge us 1 dollar for 5 gummy Bears and same for a few sprinkles Bill was like 11 73 for a kids cup and 2 small cups!! The girls working there that might March 15 on a Sunday need to be coached more with customer Servixe skills message go’s to Owner!!! You need friendly staff...... Minooka ice cream will get our business next time I’llNever step a foot in your Baskin Robbins again..People skills are important.....

asked for a Reese’s sunday. the girl asked me how many scoops...? its a sunday. she then asked what i wanted on it and i told her it comes with hot fudge and peanut butter. she told me someone threw the hot fudge away so i told her i wanted caramel instead. I got it and there were no Reese’s on it, no peanut butter and there was only one scoop of it. it also was not Reese’s ice cream.

3rd or 4th time in the last few months that they have either closed way before posted closing time or won't make any warm food within a couple hours of closing time (assuming they clean to leave early and don't want to re-clean)
