Got a bowl and it wasn’t even half full and they just scrapped the edges of the pan and called it good enough, instead of waiting for fresh pan. Also had zero vegetables cooking or ready to go, and the lettuce in the pan was brown so I took a pass. Gave this place multiple chances but I won’t be returning to this location.

Places a pickup order waited 22 minutes after app told us it was ready for them to give us our food with cars driving away behind us because they were tired of waiting. Corporate offered to give us a free drink and then when I said that wasn't good enough, they offered to give us a buy one get one free meal deal.

Ordered a bowl online, 100% incorrect. Asked for steak, got chicken. Asked for no beans and cheese, got both. Wanted sour cream, corn and salsa, got none of it. Burrito was correct but meat was cold.

Complete trash I have tried to order several times and it’s is always 45-60min wait. You literally make the food at the counter either get better staff or shut down and let someone who can actually do their job poo up there.

My son went with friends to eat. I gave him cash so he could pay for his food. He gets there, and they say card only. Really? No cash! My kids doesn't have a card yet. This only card thing is getting ridiculous. So is all the tipping.

My grandmother, who is a retired Correctional Sergeant, came to this location yesterday and received the most disgusting service and treatment, by the female manager! She was so nasty to my grandmother and denied her badge for discounted food- yelling to her "No! Only cops". The damn website says ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT! Not only that, she comes to this location all the time and uses her badge.Then, my grandma called up to the store and spoke with the manager after seeing the website information and she had the nerve to get nasty over the phone and hung up on her! It's these kind of actions and lack of customer service that causes people to act a fool and become a TikTok video smh
