Don't order Door Dash from this location either. Like the other reviews said they prioritize the walk in orders and make to go orders wait. I waited over 20 minutes in lobby for one burrito bowl to go. Looks like they don't have enough staff for the busy times.

1) One of the employees had their infant in the kitchen sitting in a high chair near the drink station the other day..... 2) You will be ignored by the other staff if they aren't the ones working the front line. 3) Don't bother with the order-ahead drive thru because they WILL forget something or multiple things from your order. 4) Food still tastes the same as other Chipotles though.

Just for reference I have never written a review good or bad before, but I HAD TO for this location. DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP. Terrible. Do not go here. Inside is always dirty. I asked for extra rice and got maybe a table spoon, it looked like someone ate my food. They NEVER get the online orders right. I’ve ordered online maybe 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the completely screw something up. I’m not just talking about missing one ingredient, I mean they ruin EVERYTHING. Chipotle, do better.

Got a bowl and it wasn’t even half full and they just scrapped the edges of the pan and called it good enough, instead of waiting for fresh pan. Also had zero vegetables cooking or ready to go, and the lettuce in the pan was brown so I took a pass. Gave this place multiple chances but I won’t be returning to this location.

Places a pickup order waited 22 minutes after app told us it was ready for them to give us our food with cars driving away behind us because they were tired of waiting. Corporate offered to give us a free drink and then when I said that wasn't good enough, they offered to give us a buy one get one free meal deal.
Ordered a bowl online, 100% incorrect. Asked for steak, got chicken. Asked for no beans and cheese, got both. Wanted sour cream, corn and salsa, got none of it. Burrito was correct but meat was cold.
