Just stopped in for lunch. We’ve been here 4-5 times now. Some good experiences, some not so good. Honestly, we just had a great experience! Food was stocked, everything was clean, and customer service was solid . For all of the extremely negative reviews out there, patience is a virtue. A new store with inexperienced young workers takes time! Remember your first job? Don’t give up on this location, we’re lucky to have a Chipotle in town. We have seen improvement and this...
Always my go to for fast food. While the Minooka store is still quite new the employees were on point. Very courteous and kind and worked quickly. Food was fresh and the lobby was clean. A++! Will definitely be back again......and again.......and again lol
It took a bit for us to be helped, when they werent super busy. But the girl that helped us was super nice, and kept asking us if the portions were good or if we needed more. The place was a bit dirty, which im not shocked most chipotles are dirty. Over all we had a really good lunch!
