Went for flavor of the day, turtle ice cream with my wife order 2 scoop each. 1 was extremely small the other was a little better didn't get a receipt I think they gave us single scoop.paid 11 dollars not worth it.

I've always loved Culver's along with the positive environment that it brings along with their amazing food... however, when I came to this location the experience was traumatic. The managers including Khalan, Cassidy, and Lauryn was so beyond frustrating and they stood there doing nothing but scroll on their phones... I did not appreciate the looks on their faces as the line got longer and the place started getting busier. On top of this, I had a hair in the middle of my burger, which means that the cooks do not disinfect properly and when I mentioned it to a fellow manager working at the time, her as well as other employees were giggling about it. These people are very unprofessional and do not sanitize constantly!!!!

I never want to be the person to leave a bad review but this one team memeber, “Karis” was beyond rude, very unprofessional and inpatient. I’ve never had a such a bad experience with anyone here besides her. Culver’s do better and fire her!

The worker cook was talking on phone with same cooking gloves, she was making sandwich and cooking. With only one glove one . It was on June 19th around 10:30 am.
2nd time at this location. 1st time oreder masshed potatoes and girl got attitude cuz there were cold. Instead of replacing them they heated up mine and brought them back 5 mins later and they were like Lava when i tried to eat them Not at all impressed with the service or the cleanliness of the seats or tables. Asked girl to wipe off debris and food from bench where I wanted to sit and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

Charged us for doubles even though we ordered singles, when I noticed on my receipt I was told sorry we have a lot of new kids working here.
