Well it’s gone downhill. The prices went up and the portion sizes and quality went down. Additionally, they had the best chicken sandwich for MILES AND MILES. Now it’s half the size and you have to ask for the toppings. Very disappointed. It was the go too for a long while. Now there is no point. Hopefully they get back to the way things were.

Every one and a while we dine at Dock Rotz. A good vibe, service and food. They have a few slots, so after eating a bite I always play a little afterwards.
I wasnt too hungry, so I shared the smash burger with loaded fries. Pretty gooooood! Very impressive. Hot fresh and stacked. The type of burger you can't put down or it will fall apart. Seasoned fries are good. I'd eat the smash burger again.
They cut the burger and split the fries so we didnt have to.

The place was good but has gone way downhill! Drinks aren't the same, the food quality is so different. Idk if they changed management or staff but the food is never the same. The warrior nachos had so much salt the fries were also over-seasoned x100. I've finally given up 😔 after so many second chances. I used to ❤️ love this place but after last night, we won't ever return. #done

I visited this restaurant on 9/7/2026 and left truly disappointed. Having dined here multiple times in the past, I’ve always had great experiences, but this recent visit fell far short of expectations. My family and I waited over an hour for our food, only to be served cold meals. The staff, though clearly doing their best, were overworked—just one person was handling both food service and table cleanup, while another was left to manage the bar alone.
It was disheartening to see such poor management in a place that has always been enjoyable before. The lack of adequate staffing and organization is unacceptable, and management should be ashamed of running the restaurant this way.

Placed a pickup order and Kelly was so nice to bring my order to my car. Had grandbabys w me didn't have to leave the car. That's great customer service. Love this place
This place has been steadily declining over the years. They take no effort into correcting any of their problems and just continue to increase the price of their mediocre items. They tried to take my kids cheeseburgers and split them between two meals as though I wouldn’t notice. We went in after my daughters eighth grade graduation, the phone took over two hours, and they never even addressed it. Their price of their food doesn’t even compare to the quality. Seats are torn, tables wobble and you have to be cautious of a wet bathroom floor when it’s humid. With all the great new local places in Minooka/Channahon, this one will be a hard pass from now on.
