-ordered online -it charged my card -they didn’t make my order because “carry out ends at 10pm” even though it’s Saturday & they close at 1am.
I’ve ordered from probably 50 different dominos and never had this issue.

I was sitting in the drive through for like 10 minutes. I hate to be that guy but this place is getting worse over time. Between the ignorant call I had from cancelling a order, to literally having to drive back over the bell twice before someone came up. Makes it worse the cook looked at me times just to keep working and couldn’t even alert the cashier. Only saving grace is that Pizza Hut sucks and everything else takes forever or doesn’t have mobile ordering.

Domino’s in Minooka Just charged for a purchase that wasn’t made. We were not there on the day of the transaction nor did we order anything we have disputed it with the card company, but please watch your cards. The manager was extremely nasty when confronted.

I called for delivery of the Italian sausage marinara pasta when it got delivered I promise you the was 3 pieces of sausage the size of m&m and it was supposed to come with provolone cheese there wasn’t even a drop of cheese . So I called the store back and the manager wouldn’t give me his name but said he’ll give me a 2 dollar credit boy bye . But the young fella on the phone Thomas Loun claims to be the assistant manager said that’s the best they can do . Never Never Ever EVER EVER would I order from dominoes again swear . SMH

We always order from Domino’s in Minooka, IL. because we find that their pizza is always fresh, hot and extra cheesy. We wouldn’t order from any other place. Plus you earn reward points at Domino’s and points leads to free food. Free is always nice!

Unfortunately bad customer service...we ordered many items for delivery and they forgot a sandwich. When we called the only options given was a refund or for us to come to pick up another sandwich because they were too busy to bring a new sandwich to us. So disappointed that it was their fault but then it had to be our problem.
Good and good specials. The thin pizzas are better than pan. Pan has barely any sauce on it so it pretty much tastes like bread.

Called to order from here and they never took a name, when i went to pick up the pizza i told them what i ordered and they would not give me the pizza. I called back and the manager answered the phone screaming and cussing at me because i tried to put down a name on my order. TERRIBLE customer service from these people Will never be ordering from here again.
