Their food was okay but I waited 20 minutes for a $6 meal. This is crazy and when I got the coffee it wasn’t even filled all the way up! This will be the last time I go here since I wait up to 15 minutes every single time!

Got a small cappuccino blast today. Girl put 1 little scoop of ice cream in it and as big scoop of ice. I asked if that's how she was trained and she replied YES. So that's $5.79 for 1 scoop. So I asked how much does you put in a small shake and she replied 2 and that is for $6.49. Never go there! Save your money!!

The gentleman was very polite However, the girl was too busy eating behind a counter to realize that she gave me raw bacon in my sandwich… What the heck. Had to throw the whole sandwich away and go to work hungry!

Went here 1 day and ordered coffee and donuts and it took me 6 minutes to get my order done and line was packed. when i was in the window to pay; the young girl wasn't really paying attention at all and they handed my coffee and my donut wasn't ready yet. waited for couple more minutes. i will not do any business again in this place.

Extremely so service had two people in front of me both with less than five items and spends 12 minutes in the drive-thru for order ahead item It wasn't even ready when I finally got to the window And it took me 10 minutes to get to the location drive-thru. The lobby had one person in it very disappointed

Update! March 3, 2025: these are the same employees I’ve been dealing with. I decided after 2 months to try it again! I go through drive through for my Carmel macchiato and I not only see black specs but there’s barely any ice, which means it’s a milky drink with a splash of Carmel and espresso. When I walked in I asked them again, same people from 2 months ago; to fill the cup with ice to the picture of the ice cubes on the cup, so it proportion’s the drink correctly. And Walla they actually made a drink correctly. I don’t understand why it takes years to look at a picture on a cup to know that you have to fill ice to that line so it measures correctly. It’s sad when customers tell you this and you think you still are going to do whatever you want for years! you’re giving me way too much milk because you’re substituting ice with a shit ton of milk I’ve wrote this review. I don’t know how many times but somebody needs to go back into this company and retrain people common sense of pictures on a cup, I would think by now you would care about your business and the failure of it due to employees! I will try again in a month or two and I would hope after years that you can actually be a manager and see what problems are going on in the facility. Ridiculous

Jan 13 2025 came in for another caramel macchiato and they gave me a glass of espresso with basically no ice, it’s called an iced caramel macchiato for a reason… This Duncan just needs to be closed down. It’s so ignorant. Went back inside to have them remake it and they just can’t make an iced macchiato for the life of their business. I’ve spent way too much money at this Dunkin for years. It’s a disappointment every time I go there I don’t even know how they’re still standing.

Past review: It always taste like a flavored milk and if you complain and have them remake it bc they don’t know they pushing the wrong button everytime. Or they don’t portion right, They will just give you a glass of expresso. It’s so annoying when coffees are $7 and you get a glass of Carmel milk. Everytime. I went 2x today this morning was a Carmel’s milk (and I ordered an extra shot of expresso and still was a Carmel milk, I just can’t believe it) and this afternoon I tried a white chocolate signature latte and even that tasted like white chocolate milk. Reason I’m making this review. Nothing is more annoying then going to a Dunkin that still after 2 years can’t make a coffee and I visit once a week here have to go to Morris for a real Dunkin. But I heard the manager changed so I’ve came here once a week and it’s the same thing. People stuck in their ways and need to learn how to make a proper latte or close this Dunkin down. Ridiculous..

Editing again! Came back on 12/20/24 and they still can’t make a ice caramel macchiato right at all this is the second day in a row. I’ve came back 12/19 and 12/20 and neither one of the time they make an iced caramel macchiato. It’s not as milky, so they’ve gotten better by putting ice in it, but they’re still proportioning the milk and the espresso wrong, And it’s still a little milky I go to Morrison complain about how they portion the ice and they make an amazing caramel macchiato every single day. I complain to this Duncan for four years and we still can’t get it corrected. Let alone a latte. it’s ridiculous.

Yesterday i placed a mobile order through the drive through, and sat there for about 12 minutes but decided to just come inside and grab it instead. YALL I WASNT EVEN MAD AB THE WAIT TIME BC OF HOW DELICIOUS MY COLD BREW WAS. I came back again today and my coldbrew is once again genuinely the best thing that has ever happened to my tastebuds. My everything bagel minis are actually WARM and the hashbrowns are sooo crispy instead of mushy. I used to come here often and didnt have the greatest service but holy wow. This is so good, if u guys see this pls applaud the team working on 11/05 and 11/06. Please keep this hard work up im genuinely so happy im giggling and kicking my feet. So dead serious.

So I ordered a XL coffee and they give me a large instead. There little sticker on the side even said XL. So I go in,they apologize and give me an XL. I get it and they dont even fill the cup up to the line they're supposed to. That's how they toke care of you here. This isn't the first time here they've done this to me. But it will be the last time.

This was my home dunkin for a year, and it was too hit or miss. I had to give myself an extra 15-20 minutes if I wanted to place an order here bc if there’s more then 1 person in the line you’re stuck and running late for work. There’s a couple employees who are super great and my drinks were never messed up, but I’ve spent more money here then anywhere else on food that I ordered but didn’t receive, because any time I would’ve had to get what I’m missing is spent waiting for the order itself. You’d think only ordering ahead would spare me from this but most of the time it seems like they don’t start your order until you get to the window. Which is fair, I like fresh food and drink, but why am I ordering ahead to wait just as long as if I ordered in the drive through? Other Dunkin’s will have my order ready right when I get there and it made me start frequenting the dunkin closer to work instead bc they don’t have any of these issues. I know mobile orders can’t be prioritized all the time, but something’s gotta be done about the efficiency here this is suppose to be fast food
