They never stir the caramel in the latte and the service is always bad, I’ve ignored it for years because it’s not that big of a deal. Today, this fool running the place has the nerve to give bad service and then ask you to place your order on the app later. The app only allows it to be placed so far away. I placed my order 2 min before pulling into lot, then stopped and waited another 30 seconds or so on a phone call before pulling up to speaker and the manager asks for me to wait longer. lol pay your employees and you wouldn’t have the turnover you do, you’d have people working there that know what they are doing. 2 and a half minutes is a lot of more time than if I would have just placed my order at the speaker… stop standing around and help your employees.

Train your employees better. Kept having to tell her how I wanted my one iced coffee. Had to do it 3 times. My other coffee I asked for almond milk. I got regular milk instead. Not coming back. Should've went to Starbucks. Sorry.

So, I give several chances before writing a negative review. That being said, I have given several chances to this location. I always order on my app, and each drink I get, I specify NO WHIP CREAM under whip cream option. Numerous times, my drink gets handed to me with whip cream. The sticker on the cup specifically says no whip cream. I’ve had it corrected a few times, other times i just let it ride and moved on because it’s not a huge deal, but it is my preference. I feel like it’s an attention to detail thing when the sticker on the cup specifically says the request. The coffee is always good. Staff is always friendly. But this is about completing an order correctly.

I would give this place zero stars if i could. There was a short blonde haired lady. Not sure her name but i heard someone call her Joette not sure if thats a nickname or her actual name. Anyhow me and my father who doesn’t speak real good English came in and he was speaking to me so i could order what he wanted. This girl says “we are in America you need to learn English” very highly offended by this comment. I responded with excuse me? She said “this isn’t Mexico” first of off my dad isn’t even Mexican he was not even speaking Spanish so this is absolutely outrageous

Love the people that work here but didn’t have bagels for a week a straight. Didn’t give us a straw and there was no cheese on the bacon egg and CHEESE sandwich. Only car in the line but was still rushed. The sprinkled donut was in a package way to small and was ruined inside the small paper bag that is used for like a snack wrap or something a little bigger than the hash brown bag.

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely wonderful when you can have the employees helping hold the door for my son (he's in the wheelchair) and I'm kinda tiny. Great service and above and beyond.

I purchased a cinnamon bagel it was horrible. I knew it wasn't going to be good you can tell it was over cooked. The bagel was tough felt like rubber I took a bite and spit it out. The bagel looked like it was bought from Walmart or a small grocery store. It didn't look or taste like Dunkin cinnamon bagels. I went back inside to show the lady and ask nicely if she could make another and I understand they are busy. She get loud and said that's how cinnamon bagels are. I told her no way I order these bagels every morning. She threw it away and made another one. Handed me the sandwich and said sorry about that. I said no problem thanks. I threw the second sandwich away didnt bother to eat it that sandwich as well looked horrible. So I guess this store just collecting free money from customers. I will not return! There is another dunkin close to I80 you might get better service there.

The customer service by the managers/owners is such that I generally try to make it back here whenever I'm in town. These people truly understand the importance of customer service......unlike many other establishments these days.

I am horrified from what I seen at this store, cussing at customers, A manager named Faisel screaming at really young employees, and then the lady grabbing donuts with her fingers after touching register. This place is just downright disgusting and needs a change of manger, employees, district mangers and the one that watches that person.
