Never again will we have a party or order from this Giordano's. We had our sons Baptism luncheon here and got completely screwed over. The party manager was absolutely horrible and unprofessional, we got charged an extra $500 the day BEFORE our party. Our package came with soda, pizza, and salad. We didn't even get served enough food to feed our party and had to order extra and they charged us for it. Overall we paid $1,500 for poor service, a disgusting party room, and had to pay for extra pizza since they didn't have enough to feed our party in the first place. NEVER again will they have our business.

The best pizza around hands down. Family favorite for Sunday football. The thin crust is unbeatable and always consistent. Staff is always so quick to help with a smile and making sure I don’t forget the crushed red pepper. Will always be our #1 pizza spot.

Went for lunch on a Saturday with 2 other groups. My order was taken, multiple times he came back to say they were out of this or that, ok fine. However we confirmed our order twice, he brought my wife overly expired lesser dressing that was yellow, my guest had to get up and flag him down as he did not check on our table once. We went the entire meal without a single refill because he never came to the table other then to drop food. We ordered a parm crust pizza, not deep dish yet the cook decided we wanted deep dish, we didnt say anything because it already took an hour to get the pizza and everyone else had already gotten served their entrees. When I asked for a receipt on the payment machine the server crumbled it and threw it away before I could even see it.
We have given this place two chances, this was the final straw. And before owner comes in and says well we tipped. Its because regardless we are still decent people.
But after having thought on this for a few days, I can not nor will not promote this location.

For being Chicago's best worlds famous pizza....this missed the mark by a mile....zero sauce on the pizza and pizza was burnt...voiced my concerns to what appeared to be the manager without any acknowledgement... terrible pizza...terrible service....will never be back. I should of known better when another customer was screaming about his messed up order...tasted like a day old pizza....never again

The guy claiming to be the owner operator of the establishment is incredibly rude, and Ill manored I've planned small lunch meetings here numerous times without issue and the first time I had to deal with him was enough I'll take my company card and business elsewhere
1st & last time eating here. The food was great. The guy at the front desk was completely unbelievably RUDE!! His name was Peter. He shouldn't be working with the public if you don't like people or how to treat your customers!!! It made our atmosphere horrible. Not once did he crack a smile. Kudos to the cook!! Pizza & cheese bread were excellent!!

Good pizza, their pasta dishes are just ok but HOLY COW the price on a large pizza not even a 18 inch but a 16 is almost 40 dollars with 2 ingredients thats ridiculous. Buy from rosatis, you can get 2 pizzas and a sandwhich for that cost and its just as good.
