Good pizza, their pasta dishes are just ok but HOLY COW the price on a large pizza not even a 18 inch but a 16 is almost 40 dollars with 2 ingredients thats ridiculous. Buy from rosatis, you can get 2 pizzas and a sandwhich for that cost and its just as good.

Put an order for pizza day before Father’s Day pretty large order and paid for it over the phone… they called me Sunday Father’s Day said they couldn’t make it oven down…8days later still haven’t refunded my money!! Owner told me on the phone he would be there today June24 2pm-4pm I drove 40 minutes to get there he’s not there girl at the desk said he won’t be there till 5pm!! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN WHAT A Hassle!!

I was shocked when I heard they had a Giordano’s location in the town of Minooka. I have to say it definitely didn’t disappoint. The pizza was actually better then some of there downtown Chicago locations that I have tried. The ingredients all tasted so fresh and delicious. For dessert we had there awesome chocolate skillet cookie ! my kids loved it. We will definitely be back. Our server was also very kind and attentive

Not tasty. I was excited to try deep dish pizza for the first time, but it was not tasty at all. The crust was bland and soggy. The pizza itself had no taste that I had to add a lot of extra seasonings on top to make it taste decent. The service was also very slow.
No utensils for carry out even when ordered special. Rude front end staff. Good food though.

I placed an order for pick up. The drive for me is 1/2 hour in each direction. My order was incorrect. I called to remedy the order on 10/02 @ 6:00 pm. I asked to speak with the manager. He said he WAS the manager but would not identify himself by name. He was confrontational and kept interrupting me. Very unprofessional. A realistic remedy was not offered. I will not revisit this location although I have come here many times over the years. I am very dissatisfied with customer service by a suppossed professional.

While my Greek salad was nice and fresh, my husband had chicken parmesan which was not good. Dry chicken overcooked pasta and a bland sauce. Plus the serving size was small and you didn't even get bread with it. Overpriced we will not be going back

We used to love ordered pizza from Giordano’s, until they robbed us. Every single time we order a pizza, we have noticed that days later we get charged AGAIN. It’s been, 3 cents, 20 cents, 50 cents, it always is different and then today it was $2. Overtime it adds up, and why should we be getting charged again anyway? We went into giordano’s to order a pizza to test out if it would charge us afterwards or if it was online when we ordered online, as we were in there the boss was there. We decided to tell him about it and all he had to say was “do you want your 3 cents back?”. How incredibly rude?? We wouldn’t have cared if it was some cents here and there, overtime it has all added up to dollars. We know we aren’t the only ones in town being charged either, when we were in store a lady said it happens to her too. They aren’t just making cents off of all of us in town, he is making much more. That was our finally straw from ordering from those scammers.
