Our waitress wasn't present throught most of our meal. The service was lacking. The ambiance was fine for a pizza place. The drinks were too expensive. We left with one medium stuffed crust Pizzas & 4 drinks, over $110.00. I think that's excessive for poor service.

I will not return. They need to close their doors and start pizza delivery. Not sure who was taking orders at the cash register and delivering food but his attitude sucked. No table service and your drinks are bottled no refills. If I could give a no star I would.

Mixed drinks were not consistent and a little weak, and costly! Deep dish pizza was good. They must have been short-handed because waitress had to make drinks which was slow and responded less and less later while dining!

Absolutely the worst place my family and I have ever been. Will be calling corporate. The way the manager and employees talk to customers is absolutely nasty. Horrible attitudes, cussing out customers, hanging up on customers, making customers food wrong and refusing to fix it, the list goes on. The fact that they also ignore the phone ringing and hang up on customers is crazy. Working in the restaurant industry along with my mother I've never seen worse service on my life. I hope the manager has fun with the corporate call I'm going to making about him and his workers. You get what you deserve sir.

We hosted my daughter's baby shower here for 50 people. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and so nice. They had food out quickly and kept everything stocked for us. The room is bright and sunny and a very good size. It was just a really great experience. I would highly recommend Minooka Giordano's to everyone.

Saw a roach in my pizza !!!!! AND the manager was rude on the phone!! Never get food here !!! Save yourself!! They also need better food taste wise !! Horrible over all :( 010 !!

We are so happy the re-opened. Restaurant is clean and smells a little like heaven when you walk through the door. As a family we have been in there a few times on a Saturday night. The food is fresh and hot. Service is always friendly. We will go back and recommend this location to family and friends.

I've tried to call in orders and it's near 7pm almost every time due to our family schedule. We have a large family and always get a lot of food. Lately over the last few months when we call "they can't hear us" and we take our business elsewhere. This has happened multiple times. Tonight I decided to wait a minute and call right back. And someone actually responded to my "I'd like to place an order" As I'm ordering the man kept repeating me before I was done speaking and made sure to say large for 2-3 adults. I asked for clarification and he said one large was enough for 2-3 I had enough for up to 6. I said let me add another pizza then because I'll have 7-8 but if I get all this food and one was enough I'm gonna be mad. He then "can't hear me" twice as I repeated myself. I told him I didn't appreciate how he was handling this call and he immediately became rude and raised his voice a little. I returned with the same energy and he said we are done here and hung up on me. I immediately called back. The same person answered and requested to speak to the manager he then informed me he was the manager! I was like wow! Well this is no way to handle yourself. He said we don't tolerate people accusing us of stuff. I accused you of nothing sir but pointed out I didn't appreciate the way you were handling it. And then to say maybe it was on my end?! That's weird because I had no problem hearing one single thing nor did I have a problem hearing how rude you were! And it's strange that you didn't have any issues hearing me any other time.... Hmmm maybe because you were lying and mad that I was calling you out on your poor customer service and even worse work ethic. If this is management they need to be retrained. Will never return. Do not recommend.
