Absolutely amazing food!!
If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors on the go, this food truck is a hidden gem! The food is freshly made, full of rich spices, and served hot every time. From the creamy curries to the perfectly spiced street snacks, every bite feels like true comfort food. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the aroma itself will pull you in from down the street. The service is quick and super friendly, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this food truck is definitely worth a visit — it brings restaurant-quality Indian food right to the streets!
Used same gloves to cook and same to adjust his zipper, then again went back to cooking without changing gloves. whyyyy ?

I passed through here on my way back to Texas in a uhaul rental some time back. Honestly, I thought this was a taco truck. I smelled pastor and beans from a quarter mile away. Turns out it was Indian food, a close second, or third.. They were out of my favorite Indian dish, so I ordered some curry dishes instead. I can tell they were made with at least 20 years experience. Should I have the chance to pass by again, ill plan my break here. Prices were okay. Two dishes and a mango drink for like $15-$20. Only drawback I could say was that trash can near the table was full. Almost wanted to dump it for them, but I had to keep moving.
