Roosty's Chicken n Shakes is a top restaurant in Minooka, offering amazing food and friendly employees. The chicken is good, but sometimes the chicken can be a bit over breaded, though during lunchtime, it's 100% better. The shakes are served before the food, which might melt by the time the meal arrives. The food was described as delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The manager, Seray, ensured missing items were promptly replaced. The signature Roosty’s sauce is generously served, making the chicken sandwich deliciously messy. The #2 spicy sandwich is great, with good heat and solid chicken with crispy skin, and coleslaw right in the sandwich. The chicken tenders are always fresh and very good, double or even triple the size of other places, and the fries are seasoned very nicely. The food was fantastic and hot. The new app is super user friendly for ordering. Curbside pickup with the app was timely, the order was correct, delivered to the car hot, and as always, was delicious. Wraps and loaded fries were delicious. The chicken was pretty good. Orders sometimes take longer than expected, with waits of 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches even with an empty restaurant and 3 staff. The price was a bit high for grease food. Despite being a bit pricey, the overall experience is considered worth it for the quality of the food and service.
