Roosty's Chicken n Shakes

I went through the drive-thru and got the number #5 and the brownie. I did have to wait which was no big deal usually that means it will be fresh but it wasn't. I ate maybe 10 fries and 1 boneless chicken wing. Fries were not hot and half of them were hard. The chicken wings I ordered the lemon pepper it looked like they just dumped it on the top it was way too much and too much pepper for my liking. For over $20 for the meal and brownie, if it were good or even fresh it would have been different. But I will not be back. One disappointment is enough for me. $20 in the trash.

Have been a huge fan of the Roosty’s in Minooka since they opened. Was out in the Ottawa area and got to see the new location! It’s just as good as the original! Good portions, and always delicious food!

Solid 8.5/10. Could’ve been 10/10, but when ordering we were told, sorry we aren’t doing shakes right now… It’s called chicken and shakes how you’re not gonna serve half the menu. I’ll be back. 😏

As usual Roosty’s hit a home run! Our food was fantastic and hot. The new app is super user friendly for ordering. We are so glad to have such a good chicken place right here in town!

We tried the curbside pickup with the Ap and it was timely, the order was correct, delivered to the car hot, and as always, was delicious. We also tried the wraps and loaded fries for the first time. They were delicious! Thank you!

The food is good, no complaints. In several visits I've waited 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches each time, even with an empty restaurant and 3 staff. Cashier doesn't move from their spot even with no orders coming. Absolutely advise to order ahead otherwise you will wait for... some reason.

Was ok, the chicken was actually pretty good however the price was a bit high, unfortunately we will not be returning to this location again due to the high cost for grease food.

Wings are big and tasty. $1 per wing every Wednesday is a great idea. The Chicken Sandwich is better than KFC or Popeyes.
