The Employee of Starbucks she know how to talk with customer’s and contribute significantly to the brand's reputation. Their friendly and humble approach not only enhances the customer experience but also reinforces why Starbucks stands out in a competitive market, Sometimes Starbucks recruits grate employees.

I have eaten at this Starbucks inside the jewel osco before, and I had no complaints, I just wanted to mention that the Starbucks employees are forced to stand in one spot with no floor mats on the ground, and I saw one of the Starbucks associate struggling to Stand, and I thought that was unacceptable for whoever runs that Starbucks to not have supplied mats for them all day. I will be complaining to corporate as this is not okay. They were young workers and their bodies are gonna be destroyed if this doesn’t change. I will return just to check on those Starbucks employees.
