I order here frequently and am rarely disappointed. There is an older gentleman who works here (I wish I grabbed his name) that loves to make people smile. He always works mornings so his jokes are always the best first thing in the morning to start your day!

I had a very good experience at the Starbucks. I placed a mobile order, and at the estimated time you order would be ready, I entered the drive-thru. I explained to the employee that I placed a mobile order, gave her my name, and mentioned that I had not received a notification yet that the order was ready. She stated that she had my order at the window and that I could pull around. She was waiting for me at the window with a smile, and handed my drinks out immediately. I found her to be very pleasant and friendly, and my drinks were prepared exactly the way I ordered them.

Would you like some COFFEE with your ICE?? My $7 drink was about 75% full of ice. Even after I finished it- an hour after starting- it was still over half full of ice. I travel for work and get coffee from all over (including Dunkin, Scooter’s, Tim Horton’s, etc.), most recently at Starbucks in IL in Joliet, Paris, Morris, and Ottawa, in Las Vegas; point being, this is by far the most ice I’ve received in a drink. And FTR, there is no “ice” option on the app for the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.
