I was too scared to speak out but seeing people experience the same I want to talk about my experience with the employee Joselyna. First, the service was slow. I waited nearly 25 minutes, when she arrived to the cash register she seemed completely out of it and was not at all focused on the transaction. She was speaking in a mean way and then ignoring me for almost a minute before acknowledging my presence again. When I received my order, it was wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and I received two basic soft tacos instead. When I politely pointed out the error, Joselyna just looked at me and continued to ring other customers. This was unacceptable behavior not only was the order changed without my consent, but she didn't even bother to apologize or offer a refund for the price difference. The attitude was dismissive and uncaring.Because of this frustrating encounter, I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. Management needs to address the lack of speed and, more importantly, the poor customer service provided by Joselyna.

Hello i’m beyond disappointed in your staff team yestersay i had gone in and a young lady by the name joslyna had provided awful service and her hands seems awfully dirty im beyond disgusted

The current staff refused to substitute beans for cheese on my order and when I questioned why, they decided to call me rude and say no service.
