The current staff refused to substitute beans for cheese on my order and when I questioned why, they decided to call me rude and say no service.

I don’t think this is how a quesadilla is supposed to look ! And all the pieces of steak are in one section of the shell. Can’t believe the one job you have is to make food and you can’t even do that. Just go sit at home ! No one was even there why would you rush ? Don’t waste your money here
My dad was having a problem with his blood sugar and when he got his food he mentioned that they had forgotten an item that he ordered the manager threw his food in the trash and told him to “leave then old man”. This is no way to act towards customers and honestly a disgusting way to act towards anyone at all. He has acted rudely before towards my family and corporate and the franchisee don’t seem to care so I would stay away from this place
Kid-friendliness: The manager cussed at my dad among other things so I would say this place isn’t kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: The manager doesn’t like old people so I’d assume wheelchairs arent welcome either
