I'm a long-time local and this place has always been kinda crap, for some reason the staff come and go constantly and it's notoriously a bad location to work at, but at least the food was... Okay. Definitely the worst of the several Chicagoland area Wendy's I've eaten at, but edible. It makes you forget how good Wendy's can be at literally any other location, lol. It's been a long-standing issue for years so I suspect whoever is training the employees to cook has no idea what they're doing *themself*, or maybe they just don't care. I'm writing this however because I have gotten different levels of food poisoning two or three times in the last year eating here, most recent of which being Today, and half the time the orders are wrong. It's a shame to say because Wendy's is one of my favorite chains, but this particular location has something Wrong With It. Don't uh... Don't eat here.

The past few times me and any friends or family have come here, we have noticed that anything from their soda machine doesn't ever taste right. We have all also had stomaches following a visit. I would refrain from visiting for the foreseeable future.

Every time I go here employees are so rude. I work at fast food too, so I totally get it but like is it really that hard to be nice? Like a simple “hello” or “have a good day” would honestly be the bare minimum. I got a larger order today and my drinks were filled with so much ice. The lids came off not one but TWO of the drinks and spilt all over my brand new car. This is ridiculous and clearly you guys don’t seem to care considering all the other 1 and 2 star reviews not being handled. And one last thing, got a burger from there last week and it was slimy at the top of the bun, that’s disgusting. Don’t ever eat here. This Wendy’s is the definition of disgusting both in service and in food.

Every single time I go here the employees are always extremely rude and unfriendly! I know that working fast food isn't anybody's dream job, but would a "hello" and "thank you" be that difficult? I mean all the people that need a job who did they turn down to hire these people with 0 customer service skills? You all have a job because you have customers. I only went to this location because it was convenient, but I'm sick of their attitude, I'll drive to another location where the employees will at least force out a "hello" .

I went through the drive-through and got what I usually get. The young lady working the drive-through is very snarky and sarcastic, and as she handed my food, she impatiently slammed it against my car door waiting for me to grab it. Unbelievably rude never going back again.
The absolute worst service ever, they are always rude and and lazy as possible. Never once have a I had decent experience at this location

Worst experience ever! We went inside the restaurant only to have an angry man tell us we had to go through the drive-thru. Went through the drive-thru, and after I placed my first order, I was asked if that was it. When I said no, I got the what else can I get you? Gentleman was very rude. The 10-piece nuggets were only eight, I was missing a fry, and the fries were cold. I had my grandchildren (age 10 & 13) with me, and even they made a comment on how rude the man was. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I will never eat there again.

None of the drinks tasted like what they were supposed too (clean the machine please).
The sandwich (Dave's Single), bread was hard, not fresh. I would not say it was "made fresh".
The large fries however were very good, and portion was perfect.
