Food was good. The pop machine in the dining area seemed to have been left in the middle of being cleaned. The person at the counter was happy to fill my cup behind the counter instead, but they were out of Diet Coke.

Ordered a drink and the employee used his bare hands to get the ice out of the machine. Disgusting 🤢

Idk how but my burgers were RAW. Isn’t there timers? How? Had to contact over my order to grubhub. Best part of the meal was the fries and that’s sad cause they were cold🤦🏼‍♀️

Cold stale food, restaurant has a funky smell and terribly dirty bathrooms. Food was missing basic ingredients, spicy chicken sandwich was just chicken and mayo, no tomatoes or lettuce. Fries were cold and soggy. Had little kids with me and the staff was loud in the back swearing and shouting profanities. I will not return.

This place as soon as you walk in has a sewer smell so automatically not inviting. I watched a guy who was cleaning the floor put the squidgy down and started making my fries and nuggets, he didn’t wash his hands or change his gloves. My fries and nuggets were cold and stale and just taste disgusting.

Service and food has improved to 5 & 4 stars respectively over the last 2 years. I am still a little disappointed with the lack of bacon on their sandwiches, but you'll have a much easier time going to this Wendy's than you will the McDonald's across the street. No more nightmares here. UPDATE: I went here for breakfast, ordered some biscuit sandwiches, and they are arguably one of the best three sandwiches in the fast food industry.

My plain baked potato was fine but the kid at the drive thru tonight was awful. He barely did more than grunt at me.

This location is horrible! Asked for a root beer with my meal, I was told they had everything but a root beer, so I got a coke. The coke tasted flat and watered down. My wife went inside, dumped out the coke and there was root beer! The young girl at the window was extremely rude & should not be in customer service! Don't think I'll ever return to this location!!!

Well, color me deeply disappointed. I rolled up craving a Son of Baconator—because nothing says “treat yourself” like bacon on bacon—but what I got was a soggy, sad excuse for a burger that should’ve come with a warning label: “May cause extreme regret.”

Yes, the drive-through cashier was pleasant and speedy. Great. But then I opened the wrapper to find bacon so limp and wet, it looked like it had been steamed in someone’s pocket. It was gross. And not in a “fast food indulgence” kind of way—more like, “Who hurt this bacon?”

Either the staff doesn’t know how to cook bacon (which is alarming), or they just didn’t care (which is worse). Management: please, for the love of crispy pork, train your people. Bacon isn’t hard. You cook it. Until it’s crispy. Done.

I should’ve listened to the chorus of one-star reviews, but nooo—I thought I’d give it a shot. And now I get to spend the rest of the night wondering if I’ll get food poisoning from this mess. Fantastic.

Final verdict: Avoid this place like it’s a mayonnaise-covered hand grenade. Go literally anywhere else.

I ordered a large fountain drink and one large fries, wait 15 minutes for them to tell me that they completely forgot about my order they gave me free nuggets which I was pretty happy. But my friends that came with me with bigger orders and got their food within 4 to 5 minutes. As I stare at the kitchen Seeing every staff member on their phone ridiculous not coming back.

I'm a long-time local and this place has always been kinda crap, for some reason the staff come and go constantly and it's notoriously a bad location to work at, but at least the food was... Okay. Definitely the worst of the several Chicagoland area Wendy's I've eaten at, but edible. It makes you forget how good Wendy's can be at literally any other location, lol. It's been a long-standing issue for years so I suspect whoever is training the employees to cook has no idea what they're doing *themself*, or maybe they just don't care. I'm writing this however because I have gotten different levels of food poisoning two or three times in the last year eating here, most recent of which being Today, and half the time the orders are wrong. It's a shame to say because Wendy's is one of my favorite chains, but this particular location has something Wrong With It. Don't uh... Don't eat here.
