Amazing drinks every time quality and taste are always on point. The only weird thing is the drive-thru lanes. For some reason, the left lane moves way faster than the right. I’ve been in the right lane before where it said 30+ minutes, and cars that arrived after me were served first. This has happened to me more than four times. Now I always use the left lane even if it looks longer 😂. Left lane takes about 10 minutes, right lane feels like half an hour. Still love the drinks, just a strange lane situation!

Wasn’t that impressed the first time I came, as my hot skinny vanilla latte tasted like a sugar free syrup nightmare and was cold. Decided to try again today with plain hot coffee. Still flavorless and cold. Too many coffee places around to go back to this place. .

I am shocked at the negative reviews. I come here OFTEN, different days and different times and never experienced a negative employee. I’ve also never waited long except for the first few weeks of opening. Kimberly is always friendly and helpful! Even if the wait is just a few minutes the staff is apologetic.

My first and last time at this location. This is how I received my drink, hair all over the lids, not only is this gross but also an allergen concern for someone that could be allergic to pet hair.

I drove 30+ minutes to this location and as I was pulling into the drive thru I was notified that I had cut two people in line. I didn’t realize that there was a line for the line😂😂😂. The employee had me reverse out of the drive thru to let the other two cars go first because they were “pissed”. Fair, but they seriously need a better system and maybe some signs on where the second line begins? Because clearly I was confused. Ultimately, I just left and went down the street to another coffee shop with no line. At least I got my coffee within 5 minutes compared to 30+ minutes 🤷♀️.

I’m not sure what they were thinking with the layout of the parking lot- difficult to get in/out as the entrance is curved and narrow, and once you’re in the line there’s absolutely no way to get out. You can be waiting 5 minutes or 45. I wish it was more predictable. Some of the workers are amazing and conversational with customers, and some just skip over certain cars and don’t take their orders to text on their phone and chat with each other. The drinks are good, consistent but nothing super special and not worth a 30 minute wait. Hopefully they iron out some kinks as they grow!

We saw the line wrapped out the lot and had to see what was so special. My drink was excellent! I see a lot of 1 star reviews on here. I understand the wait time reviews but honestly if you see a line backed up you should probably expect to wait a while. Maybe give some time expectations BEFORE ppl order, this may thin the line and lower your negative reviews. A lot of “rude” employee reviews. Maybe fire or retrain the ppl who are causing these reviews. My experience is a one off, I get it. TBH I wanted to stop by again when I’m in the area but the reviews make me think I will probably pass. Im not sure any of these reviews matter as it appears the money keeps flowing their way.
Nothing against this location but 7 brew as a whole. If you’re making your staff stand in the rain 1. I hope they are getting paid extra 2. Can’t you provide something they can take cover under? 3. Also provide them with protection against the elements. I wish I never came because seeing the staff cold and uncomfortable made me so upset. And they are going to be here for how many hours? Just cold and uncomfortable. Just incredibly bad.

For a brand-new location, this was completely unacceptable. The line was wrapped around the building, which I was willing to overlook because it’s new. What I will not overlook is the total lack of professionalism. When I reached the front, the staff was standing around having personal conversations about being stop by the police instead of serving customers. One employee was literally sitting on the counter where drinks are prepared—absolutely disgusting. My coffees were visibly ready, yet no one bothered to hand them to me because talking seemed more important than doing their jobs. This was poor service, poor hygiene, and a terrible first impression. Seven Brew needs to address this immediately.

I’ve come to this location so many times. Decided to stop the other day and my “barista” Noah was absolutely so rude. At this point I am even scared he tampered with my drink. I have never had any issues at this location but my drink came out wrong and went back around to have my drink fixed and he screamed in my face. Honestly if this guy is working do not go here.

I hope the blue-haired lady in front of me that felt the need to cuss out the girls working on 12/23 ended up with a drink as delicious as mine!
You’ll be waiting here a while, so if that’s going to be a problem it’s better to hit the Dunkin across the street. I’d probably only come back if there aren’t too many cars in line which is highly unlikely given their setup. But the staff is doing their best and my cold brew was fantastic!
