I've been a fan of Aurelio's my whole life. This was the first time I'd been to the one in Mokena. Nice location. It was not crowded on the evening we were there with our friends. We ordered the pizza with ham and pineapple. As always, it was good. But on this particular occasion, it tasted a bit salty. I don't know if the cheese they used had more salt than usual, or if it was in the sauce, but it was noticeable. It still tasted good, but it was a difference....

The original aurelios is located in my former town, homewood, Illinois. They have the brick ovens and THAT pizza is to die for. Other locations like this one still turn out some great pie though! Dear dear friend passed away and this was the place selected for after the service. It's on Wolfe road in Mokena. We got our drinks and in about 15 minutes the pizzas started coming out. Since I no longer have access to this fantastic pizza, I felt obligated to take as much as possible...

The online ordering process is 1 of the worst I've experienced. You must make an account, you must hit the password requirements, you cannot copy/paste into the password field, you must pay online, you must first save a payment method, you must activate your account from the email address, your email address must not contain a plus sign. All the while, the website is heating my phone up due to poor optimization. Why do I need to make a damn account to order a pizza?
