We hosted my mother-in-law's 70th birthday party here and it was a success!
The manager was so helpful and easy to work with. She even worked with us to create a custom menu for the event and helped us set out the gift bags for our guests.
During the party, the waitress was just amazing, and gave us excellent service. They cut the custom cake we brought in for everyone and even cleaned up my decorations (though we did keep it minimal with just a few centerpieces).
Everyone enjoyed the food and there was plenty to take home because the appetizers were so filling. Our Nigerian family was a bit skeptical about coming to an Italian restaurant because most of us mainly just cook at home, but we were all so pleased with the food! It was tasty, well seasoned, and not overcooked!

We were in the area and just Googled for restaurants nearby, and I'm so glad we found this place. Everything we ordered from the app to dessert was 10/10! Hubby was happy he left room for dessert because the pumpkin cheesecake with pumpkin gelato was the perfect ending to our wonderful dinner. Highly recommend this place. Now we have added a restaurant on our list that we would go to (30 min drive from us) than driving to Chicago. (30 min drive from us as well).

We held a surprise birthday party for my wife. I discussed the party with Pam from Balagios, and she took care of the rest. We had family style.. The food was great, the service was great and the room was perfect. I would recommend Balagios for parties or individual dinning.

Nice atmosphere, excellent waiter. Food was terrible and over priced. the broiled calamari tasted like rubber bands the shrimp for an appetizer were hard . No flavor at all on the food.

We had a baby shower with 50 guests. Pam, the banquet manager is extremely easy to work with and helpful throughout. Our bartender, Oger was great, and all of the staff were excellent! And of course the food was outstanding.
