We have given these guys so many chances. However, every time we go there something is always wrong or messed up. Less than half of the employees can speak english. Long wait time, despite nobody in the drive thru. I recommend the location in New Lenox or Tinley Park over this one (it will be worth the drive). Only plus are the lower prices than other competitors.

I remember when you ordered a Whopper, at that moment is when it got cooked. The condiments are always so fresh, crispy and tasty, however, 80% of the time the burger had to be pulled out of a precooked pan or something, because they are never hot. I hate to say it, because I'm only one customer, but I can't do the gamble anylonger if it's hot/20% of the time, or if it's going to be room temperature. It's just so disheartening that people force the industry to perform to metrics, the time it takes for a drive through order to take place, for the taste and quality. I really would rather wait the extra 4 minutes, or whatever it takes to cook the burger, than to get a horrible burger. Just can't do it anylonger. Sorry BK

The double croissant meal with melted cheese was fresh, tasty and hot. Delicious! I always love the mini hash browns as they are plentiful and yummy. My favorite breakfast meal.

Does any one speak English at this location?!? All Mexican here!! I asked about the half filled sundae, I have ordered. I asked why is it half filled? She said, (from what I gathered from her broken English) was that if she filled it, she wouldn’t be able to get the lid on?? The kids meal that I had ordered and paid for wasn’t that great! Not a great location. Maybe hire people that speak English and understands on how to do their job the right way!!! So disappointed. Not coming back to this location.
