Really get sick and tired of the portion size. You expect me to pay $13+ for a bowl, yet you are providing less than a scoop of meat, rice, etc.

This location has improved greatly. Fresh food, clean environment, friendly service. A well organized crew is a direction reflection of great leadership. That’s thanks to Assistant GM, Ally Perez! We have known Ally for the last few years being regulars at the Frankfort location. We’ll go wherever Ally is because she is the definition of what amazing customer service should be.

I thought to give the mokena chipotle a try after having a bad experience at the Orland park location, but to my surprise I was extremely disappointed. I would politely tell the server what I would like on my food and they were extremely rude. One of the girls had an AirPod in one ear and could barely hear what I was saying. It’s not like the store was busy or they were in a rush for us to be treated like this. I’ve never had such shitty service before in my life.

I ordered 2 burritos today - both identical EXCEPT for fajita vegetables. One was huge and full of meat; the other was small with almost NO meat and all rice and beans. Both were cold. Is it just this location, or are all Chipotle now sucky?

This place just keeps going downhill. They’re open for another hour and they’re out of three or four ingredients because they don’t wanna make more for customers who are paying absurd amounts of money for their food. Again this location is now the skimpiest as far as the proteins go. If you order steak, you might get 10 pieces of steak in your bowl if you’re lucky. This whole company is going downhill. Much better options for the price point.

Over 15 $ for a Burrito 🌯 in the bowl 🥣 ? With only 4 oz of meat, I did get guacamole an up charge of 2.75, I got rice with pico de gallo, I asked the server is there a price difference between burrito 🌯 and the bowl 🥣 ,NO there isn't,< her reply, reality .50 cents more for the flour tortilla, I got it on the side. and found the .50 extra after paying. Yeah, I'll get my burritos 🌯 & guacamole somewhere else. It will be less of a strain on my wallet.

Gave this location another try after a bad experience last time and it's a 10/10. Nicholas prepared our food and checked us out and was an absolute gem of a person.

It is almost 11am and at sign at the door says it opens 10:45am it is not the first time, if don’t have the “Maison in Place” ready to serve it is okay, but at list open the door as the customer can move inside and don’t freeze outside. It is the worst branch of Chipotle to visit. If you are Manager or works for the Franchisee try to access this place earlier and you will see what I’m talking about or at list change the service time, or say something.

Stingy on the food as has been the case lately with most chipotle’s unfortunately. The quality of the food seems to also have declined. The employee seem OK but knowledgeable. We just asked them a simple question about where the state comes from and they didn’t know. Steak was not well cooked either and was tough.

Do not go to chipotle anymore they started to up charge for burritos now they charged me 17 dollars for a burrito with chicken I will now be making my own at home good riddance

Every time my husband and I order from this location for a pickup, we are missing items or I’m paying $14 for a bowl with close to nothing in it. This time my husbands burrito was also wrapped halfway. Looks like this is a common thing for this location. Total waste of money.

whoever made the chips around 1:45 pm or prepared them deserves a raise and a puppy. Finally they are perfectly seasoned and enough lime. These are the best chipotle chips i’ve ever had in my LIFE 😝🎀
