Don’t bother ordering delivery from Duke’s. On 1-31-25 they didn’t deliver the drink I ordered. When I called they said they couldn’t send the item I ordered but that I would have to come to the store to get it. When I asked if all the delivery fees and charges I paid would be refunded if I came in to have my order completed they acted as if I said something funny. I guess customer service is not a priority at Duke’s. Won’t be receiving my business again.

On 1-29 at 530pm drove 25miles to get 2 hotdogs 2 fries and a beef. The drive thru was backed up and only 2 people working, I went inside no wait to place an order the male person took my order & parang me up. I look at the receipt and he charged me for 4 hot dogs with everything. Order was totally wrong had to redo the order than waited 20 minutes for it to come out the the buns were hard and stale. I asked them to remake them which the girl did, they were the same hard as a rock I asked her to feel it she said it wasn’t like that a few minutes ago. So she makes the again now we got ice cold hotdog buns so no chance of being hard nice remedy. Now let’s talk a beef soaked in boiling water with no flavor and the bun had turned to mush. There were more people at the counter with wrong orders and soaked beefs. Dukes is not like I remember it! What a shame to have your reputation become who cares just serve it. It has become another McDonald’s, no pride, no service and no quality. What a shame that this what it had come down.

Drove 45 min to get a beef Wanted it Deconstruted and they wanted to charge me $4 extra. I WAS SOOOO MAD. Not giving me extra of anything but a plastic container. Beef is dry
Really gone downhill! The food use to be great, but has slowly declined since opening. The food use to be cooked fresh and well worth the wait. Now everything seems like it’s cooked ahead and reheated. Fry’s taste old, like they were made earlier, and put back in the fryer to warm up. I use to eat here a 1-2 times a week, now it is 1 time every few months. Management needs to make some changes in the way food is prepared. I really hope they turn things around, it use to be one of my favorite spots.

Definitely not the Duke's of old. Stopped by on way to the movies and went through drive thru. Ordered 2 Hot dogs with fries and paid $14.60. The team member who took our order was not friendly, we waited 15 minutes and never received a thank you. Both Hot dogs were not hot and had hard buns. Fries were just dumped in the bag and hard as well. I guess we should have just ordered food at the movie theater.

Another place that's Cheating Customers. Don't care - but making money. Stopped in. Ordered Hot Dog. Behold. I bit in. Ole Stale Bun. Hard Dog. Hard Peppers. I looked up. Saw Gentleman. 2 Chairs up from me. Ordered same thing. The look on his expression was - same as mine. We both put are Hot Dogs down. Charging that much. For Ole Stale Bread and Food. Makes U wonder about their Beef. Standing there. I noticed Counting of Beef. Above All. Noticed Big Hispanic Man. Handling Food with BARE HANDS. Reported it online. SAME ON ME FOR NOT WALKING OUT. IT MUST B their tradition. I've seen it so many times. Customers B careful. Don't spend your money their. Since they don't care. Show them - Neither do U !
