I don’t know what happened to the original workers from the old location that moved to the new location. They use to work at the new location and ever since they left the new location, the service is rude. I’m an original customer and it’s sad to see where this company is going. Dukes was known for their BBQ fries. We have gone back twice to try to order it again and they refuse to do it. When the original employees were there, they knew right away what we would ask for and didn’t question it. I have tried to talk to the new workers there now and have given us such a hard time. I don’t get what is so hard to put bbq on fries. It’s the service and unprofessionalism in response that we get. It’s so sad because so many original customers use to come to get it. Sad to see it go down the drain and will stop going there after trying multiple times.

Dukes can make some of the best chcicago style beef sandwiches that you will ever find. Only downside is that taste/quality can be hit and miss. Not a big deal if it wasn't close to $20 for a beef with mozzarella and peppers (no fries or drink). I would be willing to pay even more than that when it's made well, but it can feel like a slap in the face when the quality isn't there

Ordered this from door dash as a $12 meal deal and this was honestly the best chicken sandwich and fries I’ve had. The chicken is beautifully seasoned, the fries were warm and crisp. The packaging was good. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you so much.

My husband loved their sandwich. We used to go to the original one where all the cars would line up around the block and the street races. What a place.

I ordered a Combo beef & sausage and the charge was $18.00 when Bouna down the block is $9.00 for the same thing!
I don’t care what it tastes like, it can’t be worth TWICE THE PRICE of Bouna Beef!!!
I will never come back to this rip-off place!
I asked twice to make sure they didn’t have the wrong order and that’s the price they confirmed, so I left. I will return to see if I get a correct price this time.
Ordered a polish, nothing on it at all, dry, and fries were cold as well. Will not be going back

Just went through the drive-thru. Ordered a beef and hot peppers. 1 car ahead of me waited 16 minutes for food. I live 2 minutes away. Once home opened the beef, what a joke cold maybe 2 ounces of beef on it. PLENTY of hot peppers. All I tasted was bread and hot peppers. Service is terrible!, no napkins. Maybe they ran out of beef. So for almost $12 I had the worst beef of my life. Do yourself a favor folks avoid this place. Vending machine food is better.

Customer service was awful. Help was apathetic. I didn't rate food because after the way I was treated I asked for a refund. Too many other establishments around to spend hard earned money an not be treated so poorly. Don't think I will ever go back

I’ve never written a food review but had to write this one. Terrible. Ordered online and the chicken sandwich shows it comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. There were no options to pick or choose, so I just assumed it came that way. It was a plain chicken sandwich that was beyond charred and basically inedible. The fries were half cooked at best and unseasoned. The beef was extremely dry, even though it was ordered dipped. Got chicken tenders for each of the kids and the fries that came with theirs were also half cooked. Complete waste of $52.

Extra charge for peppers and au jus is ridiculous. $1 for 3 tiny slices of green pepper, also $1 for a spoonful of their giardinera. I wanted the jus on the side because I didn't want soggy mushy deteriorated bread by the time I got home. I normally get dipped and there's no charge, but on the side $1 extra? C'mon man.
