Stopped in to get a cup of coffee with my husband at 6:00 pm on Christmas Eve. The two young people a young lady and young man were working. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. Their service was with a great smile and happy to wait on us. After serving us I spilled my coffee down my leg and they were so sweet about it! It was Christmas Eve and the were working! They need a big hurrah for not only excellent service but amazingly sweet! Sorry I didn’t get their names! I did phone manager to let her know! Please acknowledge them! They deserve a Pat on the back! You don’t see that alot today !!!! God bless!

Always super friendly and polite. They go out of their way to make sure your order is prepared well and is correct. On the rare occasion something is wrong(usually because they get very busy) they correct it quickly with no hassle. Love this location, and I go there 3-5 times a week even if I have to go out of my way to get there!

This particular Dunkin is the only location I would say is the Kindest and also has the best food. The reason I say this, is because they actually prepare the food properly! My bagels and croissants are toasted perfectly and food is NEVER undercooked! Other DD's in my area continually, just cant seem to get it right. But this Mokena location actually cares about what they serve people, and for that, Thank You!

I went through the drive through and as I was saying what I wanted (a simple easy drink to make) and the worker interrupted me not once but TWICE and was just being overall rude and having an attitude with me. When I pull up to the window she gives me no receipt nor did she ask me if I wanted one, then she hands me the completely wrong drink. I rate this location a 1/10 overall my experience was honestly just horrible especially since I was really nice to that girl.

I always order two capaci blast one with whip cream one without and a shot of espresso they always mess it up today they did it PERFECT! I just wanna say thank you!!!

Be sure never to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts anytime after 930 pm . They close at 10 but if you happen to arrive there at 9:31 or after actually anytime before 9 o’clock they treat you differently. This happened more than one time, but tonight was the worst time. On the speaker, the girl had a very rude tone and told me she threw all the donuts away for the night. She also turned off all her ovens for the night and all her machines are down for the night. When I got to the window she started to roll her eyes and mumble saying all sorts of things I asked her if she was OK and I apologised for coming later. She wanted to punch me for coming to the window so late I mean I’m sorry you guys close at 10 pm. You have to expect customers to come in all the way until 10 pm and it’s not supposed to affect your Service Needless to say I will be calling the manager After I apologised several times she was still mumbling and talking and rolling her eyes talk about trashy ….. to top it off the drinks that I ordered, the refreshers worked absolutely disgusting. I think she did that on purpose.
