Stopped in to get a cup of coffee with my husband at 6:00 pm on Christmas Eve. The two young people a young lady and young man were working. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. Their service was with a great smile and happy to wait on us. After serving us I spilled my coffee down my leg and they were so sweet about it! It was Christmas Eve and the were working! They need a big hurrah for not only excellent service but amazingly sweet! Sorry I didn’t get their names!...

Always super friendly and polite. They go out of their way to make sure your order is prepared well and is correct. On the rare occasion something is wrong(usually because they get very busy) they correct it quickly with no hassle. Love this location, and I go there 3-5 times a week even if I have to go out of my way to get there!

This particular Dunkin is the only location I would say is the Kindest and also has the best food. The reason I say this, is because they actually prepare the food properly! My bagels and croissants are toasted perfectly and food is NEVER undercooked! Other DD's in my area continually, just cant seem to get it right. But this Mokena location actually cares about what they serve people, and for that, Thank You!
