Ordered at drive through and was told to pull up as it was a larger order for 6 of us. We pulled forward and Waited 10 minutes then went inside to find out what the hold up was. They forgot our order and that we were waiting outside. They had our food in bags on the counter but the drinks were not ready. They finished the drinks and handed is the now cold food but gave the last blue berry muffin to the person that came behind me. The worst of it was the uncaring attitude of the servers who gave a shit about our experience. This location will not be a regular stop for us any longer.

I had to repeat my order 3 times into the speaker while it's down pouring rain because the idiots don't put the order into the computer and try to remember the order.
Don't bother ordering a head here. They do not pay attention to their online orders at all. I have never placed a mobile order for this location and not have them panic when I show up and ask for it.

Quality of their drinks is completely random - no consistency. Second time in a row a simple latte was inedible. Was told their "sandwich maker" was gone so no food could be made - we all know how freshly made their frozen sandwiches are, right? AI cannot replace these workers fast enough tbh.
