Just placed a delivery order, the person on the phone let me know right away that delivery time would be about 2 hours…which I wasn’t surprised by since it’s the holiday season.
He couldn’t have sounded more annoyed when I said that was fine.
He continued to sound even more annoyed throughout the ordering process.
I’m sorry…just trying to not have to cook and support a local business?!?!?
If your employees are that annoyed at being at work, maybe they shouldn’t be there. Especially when it’s busy. Just thought I’d let you know.

Happy Holidays!

Great, friendly staff, I usually love the thin crust from here but recently we tried a thin crust with Italian beef and giardiniera and it was just ok.

My wife and I moved to Michigan 19 years ago and let me tell you...there's no good pizza here. Whenever we make it back to Chicago there's always at least one pizza stop planned. Foxes never disappoints! Great thin crust pizza and not the "tourist" version of what they call Chicago style. Can't wait for our next visit.

Was there for a party, had a great singer that night. Food was good. I enjoyed the veggie pizza.

The crust was so perfectly crispy it felt like it moonlighted as a percussion instrument! Great pizza definitely will go back again.

I was invited to a birthday party here. The pizza and salad was really good! I would be coming back to try out different food.

Pizza was great. Live music is obnoxiously loud. This time, our server was slow and not attentive. Love the food, but next time Ill do carry out.

We had a party of 12, grandparents, adults and grandkids, and we arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday. We were accommodated right away by a very nice hostess and began ordering right away even as some of our party hadn’t arrived yet. We had family coming from Cedar Lake, Indiana, Channahon, Tinley Park and Darien. We were seated in an area that was surrounded by empty booths as it was still early in the evening, it was well before the dinner rush. We ordered 3 family sized pizzas, a sandwich, a couple of salads and beverages including wine, mixed drinks, pop and kiddie cocktails. One of our party was a young mom with a 6 month old who excused herself to an adjoining booth, one of about a dozen empty booths, to nurse the baby. We were promptly scolded and told the area was still “open seating” and we weren’t allowed to spread out. Ok. Our young mom returned to the table without a word. As the booths around us started to fill in with other diners the waitresses serving those tables were very obviously not happy with us, even though we were all just eating and talking amongst ourselves. They sneered, eye rolled, kicked chairs out of their way, knocked purses off the backs of chairs. It was quite over the top. After some of our party left and we were continually badgered to settle the bill, we asked if we could move to a smaller table and have a few after dinner drinks. We thought we were being good guests and freeing up some space and allowing the staff to clear up and move the tables etc. We got a lot of attitude about asking for a smaller table and almost just left at that point. All told we spent around $500 and were treated like we were intruders. We were given the bum’s rush almost from the start. The sad part is the location was great for all of our family members, but we won’t be going back. Maybe you have to be a “regular” to get good service there. We definitely didn’t feel welcomed. We have always had great experiences at the other Fox’s locations but this one was awful. These people should not be in the “hospitality industry.” Stay away, especially if you have a larger party. I really wish we’d never given them a dime of our money. The atmosphere here is toxic. The blonde manager and bartender were excessively rude.

Dined in the bar area last night, the food was good. Strange dynamics from staff. Instead of enjoying the singer, I was distracted with the rude bartender treating the patrons on a couple of different occasions. A blonde lady was running around with a scowl on her face that may have been a manager. Mind you, they were not busy with lots of empty tables. Hopefully, the owners wake up and get some testosterone in managing this place. What prompted me to write my review was that we encountered the bartender beast when we left. My husband wasn't moving fast enough, and she yelled very rudely, "Excuse me." We won't be back. Maybe we will try Ed & Joe's in Tinley ? heard great things.

Ordered some potato skins and a veggie pizza that consist of sliced tomatos, broccoli, green peppers, mushrooms. Both were great.Prices are a little steep on toppings. Service could use improvement. Overall good experience but will opt to catch the specials and or take out.
