Managed by idiots just as another has pointed out. Wont get petty on details but 2 strikes they out. Hopefully they go out business and someone else takes over. Seating for dine in as claimed in google 1 small table 2 seats. Waste of time. Stay away. Neg stars if I could.

This place is amazing!!! Best blue cheese waffle fries and pot roast sandwich I have had!!!! Really nice to have some good food in Mokena!!!!! They are so nice and accommodating, and everything is fresh, we haven't had one thing we didn't like. We order at least 3x a week. And sign up for the rewards program, it's really nice to get a discount.

The family we were excited to see the new shop open and certainly best of luck. The Sandwiches were ok but not as great as we had expected. Hopefully next time there’s more improvement. Sorry but the meats were plenty but bread was not good, stale and dry. Only flaw today was the bread.

Great small sandwich shop used to be in Tinley but now in Mokena delicious sandwiches and salads. Also heard their burgers are delicious.

Went to try this place yesterday- was really looking forward to it. Get to the counter to order- the older lady cashier(with no mask hacking coughing without even cover her mouth, nobody else in the kitchen wearing masks either)proceeds to look at me and not even ask how can I help you or say hello or anything. I told her that I had a groupon( local flavor purchased through Groupon). She proceeds to tell me in a very condescending tone that they don’t take Groupon and haven’t for years so I showed her the coupon literally on my phone and she says well that is not Groupon it’s local flavor. Ok on to the next step- I ask her if the sandwiches comes with fries so tells me no with an annoyed look. So I order 2 chicken parm sandwiches meals and I had the audacity to inconvenience her by asking if it comes with canned pop or fountain drink- and I even asked what kind of fountain drinks they offer(this was my first time here). She says the drink are right behind you and basically rolls her eyes. At this point I’m started to get pretty irritated. So I order my stuff and hand her my phone to mark the coupon as redeemed. She had no clue what she was doing so I took my phone back to help her and marked it as redeemed. I then handed her back my phone to show her and she gets a big attitude telling me THIS IS ALREADY REDEEMED! I’m like lady I just did it right there in front of you! She says well the vendor is supposed to do it huffing and puffing and all mad acting like I’m trying to scam her or something. At that point I took my phone back and told her never mind, you are very rude, and walked out the door. Your customer service sucks, I suggest you find a new cashier who actually knows how to do her job and speak to customer without the rude attitude. Upon reading other reviews she seems to be an ongoing issue. I definitely won’t be back

If this page had more options to criticize this place I would definitely mark them down. I have worked in so many fast food restaurants over the course of my life from Manager to cook to cashier to everything in between. I’m certified by serv safe to insure that proper use of a kitchen and restaurant is being upheld. That usually applies to when I’m just working at where ever I’m working but I could ignore the problems I was seeing in this restaurant every time I ate there and every time they showed me around the kitchen because at one point they were going to hire me. As I was completely my on sight interview I jsut could help but see how morally incorrect and disgusting this was seeing all these critters, from roaches to small mice , to terrible ants in the summer. I brought it up to the owners and he couldn’t have been more insulted in fact he was so bothered by my comments of point out these errors that he never actually officially hired me. I actually just recently applied again hoping that maybe they cleaned some of this up (the application was actually put in by mistake on Facebook) but none the less I still let it sit and see if there was any way we could work things out and if not for me then at least for the customers sake. One number rule especially is to wear gloves while cooking and I didn’t see any of that practiced and I even seen cooks coming from the bathroom without washing their hands. So take this as you but if you ever eat here please be careful , I have ties to the health department and have called them 2-3 different times but just remember guys just because the restaurant looks nice doesn’t mean it always is

Have ordered this place a few times through uber eats, and loved their food, so decided to stop in. Have friends and family who have said good things about the place (just had a whole event catered by them). I always shop Rubinos but decided to try here. What a mistake. I simply was trying to ask about some of the cold deli salads that weren’t priced or had descriptions. Was met with a pretty rude and condescending elderly woman. I decided to just leave without purchasing anything due to the experience. Hopefully she cheers up because she definitely isn’t helping your business!
