I had the absolute worst experience today and customer service from the Mokena location. I placed an order at 4:43 pm & was told that my order would be ready in one hour. I arrived at 5:45 pm and was told that there was no order there for me. Karen Sitarski confirmed that she remembered speaking with me to place the order and doesn’t know how my order didn’t get processed. Her solution was to have the pizza delivered to my home because it would be an hour till they were made, after already waiting an hour and driving there to pick it up. At 7:26 pm the pizza still was not delivered to my home over an hour and a half later. I contacted Karen back, and the person who answered said there is no Karen at that location, so I assume she used a fake name when I asked for her information.
Then the person said, oh we don’t know her by that name. “Karen” then said the pizza just was picked up. I am 10 minutes from the location and at 8:06 pm the pizza was still not delivered. I then called Karen back again explaining that the pizza was not delivered. I asked her to track the delivery and she said there is no way to do so. She then hung up on me and told me to call another location, Unacceptable.
I had family over at my home waiting for the pizza since 4:45 pm when I originally placed the order. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Christopher was very attentive / made an excellent food and salad recommendation. He boxed my left overs and had a pleasant demeanor. It was an amazing dining experience. The world needs more servers like this!

Had a very good Italian beef sandwich at lunch a couple weeks ago. Beef tasty and tender. Today got one for dinner and the beef was tough, overcooked. Probably starts out fine, but they let it cook all day and it gets tough. Luckily the garlic parmesan fries were very good.

Easily one of my favorite sit-down pizzerias and definitely among the best in the area. Others have basically become sports bars and gambling joints that serve pizza. But this place is the kind of restaurant I can feel good bringing the whole family and kids to, for a meal so filling it's guaranteed to have leftovers 😅 They also serve some of my favorite Deep Dish. Definitely worth a stop if you are in town.

The lunch pizza is still excellent although perhaps a bit smaller than I remember. The minestrone is ok. The person up front was very nice. The male server was below average.

Went there with 2 other (family) couples. We each ordered our own pizza. My husband & I ordered a medium deep dish with sausage, mushrooms, onions, spinach, green peppers and black olives. Lots of olives, very little spinach and sausage. One slice of the deep dish didn't have any sausage on it at all. Next piece had 1 piece of sausage. Discussed with waitress and manager. They told us the sausage is portioned out. There was maybe 6 pieces of sausage on the whole pizza. With our complaint they took off the price of our pizza from the bill. Unfortunately we are sad to say we like sausage and will not return to this restaurant that does not put the meats on the pizza as it should be. Services was good. Atmosphere was good. Skimpy sausage. We tipped the waitress what the cost of the pizza was. Disappointed.
