I would have posted pics but I ate all the food. Saw the negative reviews but I’ve been to the Midlo location and tried a lot of items. I went with the classic grilled chicken here and wasn’t disappointed. Was cooked and full of flavor . Oven browns were also cooked well. Just wish there was the different sauces out like before. Will be back for sure.

Pretty Good bbq self service type eating. My lunch the meat was hot but sauces weren't. Was a little put off by the extra charge for using a debit card.

UPDATE:After seeing the owner's ignorant response to this ("Also thank you for telling people to not come here because you were shorted 13 cents, which was a week ago, and you’re still mad about it.") I decided to read through all of the review on here. It turns out that almost every negative review has an unprofessional response from the owner. That is not a great way to run a business. I will definitely never be back and neither will anyone I know._____________________________________Where do I begin?I ordered two sandwiches and a fry.My total was under $20. I paid with cash. A 20 dollar bill.After receiving my change and food I left the drive thru. I realized they gave me the incorrect chance. I also thought they charged me too much money.I went back through the drive thru.I spoke to the manager at the window. He verified that I did not receive the correct change. I then notified him that the priced they charged me on my receipt were higher than the prices on the menu. He asked, "Did you pay in cash?" I stated that I did, and he said that I should have received the cash discount. I asked him what that was and he said that due to COVID, they are charging extra money to people who use a credit or debit card.In what world does that make sense??As far as the food, the pulled pork sandwich was good but the BBQ rib sandwich was terrible.I would recommend not going to this place. I guess, if you do go here at least pay with cash so you get the "discount."

A longtime fan of Hog Wild, I have had many delicious meals and excellent service there. My favorites are the burnt ends and also the pork belly (an occasional special), but I can honestly say that everything I have gotten here has been generous and delicious. We are fortunate to have them in our community.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Hands down the best and most consistent barbeque in the area, and fast customer service that can't be beat. Their smoked wings are the best I've ever had.

Hog Wild Express is just as good as the original Hog Wild on Pulaski. Some of the best BBQ you can get and the prices are more than reasonable. If you crave good BBQ, this is the place!

Grew up in Midlothian a devout customer of the original. Moved to Frankfort and was excited when this opened. The quality and taste is spot on, just wish my Midlo go to of the pork tenderloin was served here, if so it would be 5 stars. Every time I have come here the order has been correct and the food delicious.

Definitely not the same brisket as the one in Midlothian. Was extremely tough and bland. Could not even bite through the sandwich without pulling the meat off. Ended up throwing it in the garbage. Definitely will not be going back.

I can always count in Hog Wild to provide delicious quality food with a smile, even during our current staffing crisis. I tried two new menu items today (burnt tips and smoked wings), and both were amazing. I have never tried a munu item that I didn't like. I highly recommend this restaurant.
