I used to love Jamo’s but unfortunately my recent experience with the manager Nella was extremely disappointing. Her attitude toward both customers and staff was unprofessional and dismissive. When I raised a concern that the bartenders were too busy fighting to take customers orders, she responded with hostility and showed no effort to resolve the problem. I included the photo of the bartender that was rude and fighting with other employees instead of helping us! As a paying customer, l expect to be treated with respect and have my concerns addressed in a courteous and professional manner. Nella's behavior made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I won't be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others unless improvements are made to management!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I was out with friends sitting at a high top table.. it was a bigger group so we borrowed a chair from the bar (it was not being used). A lady walked up and took the chair from our table while our friend was up speaking to another friend at our table (momentarily). We nicely told the lady that chair was being used. She snapped back and said “I don’t care I am a manager.” She wasn’t dressed in uniform she was sitting at a bar drinking… We were all like um what? Moments later she got up and brought us another chair. I proceeded to tell her how that was bad managment, she continued to argue and I told her she was rude and she then threatened to kick us out. I don’t care who you are and what title you hold HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR customers. We will not be returning. Avoid that “manager” she has dark hair.

Was there for the first time yesterday & the food was good, service was extremely slow, waitress wasn’t very attentive. We had to go looking for her a lot of times. But she was really nice. I gave 4 stars because it was EXTREMELY hot in there. Like so hot we had to keep getting ice waters and had to keep stepping outside without a jacket to prevent from passing out. I will definitely try again but hoping it’s not so hot next time.

Food was great. Atmosphere was great as well. Place is huge. Service wasn’t great. Bartender was very slow to wait on people and one waitress who barely came around.

Its a decent place that hosts a wide range of mid level acts on weekends and holds events on weekdays. Fun and professional bar. There is often a small cover charge for the band, but that's just fair.
Great atmosphere. Came here for a concert and later for a party in their party room. I do want to mention I think their parties need better service. A pitcher of water on the tables would be nice and enough napkins and silverware out.
