I used to love Jamo’s but unfortunately my recent experience with the manager Nella was extremely disappointing. Her attitude toward both customers and staff was unprofessional and dismissive. When I raised a concern that the bartenders were too busy fighting to take customers orders, she responded with hostility and showed no effort to resolve the problem. I included the photo of the bartender that was rude and fighting with other employees instead of helping us! As a paying...

Was there for the first time yesterday & the food was good, service was extremely slow, waitress wasn’t very attentive. We had to go looking for her a lot of times. But she was really nice. I gave 4 stars because it was EXTREMELY hot in there. Like so hot we had to keep getting ice waters and had to keep stepping outside without a jacket to prevent from passing out. I will definitely try again but hoping it’s not so hot next time.

Its a decent place that hosts a wide range of mid level acts on weekends and holds events on weekdays. Fun and professional bar. There is often a small cover charge for the band, but that's just fair.
