I was there yesterday for cinco de mayo. Waitress Juanita was very rude, rushed my party of 3 because we did not “have reservations “ I did phone day ahead and was told first come first serve not taking reservations. Every table was served chips and salsa, we did not get any. When asked Juanita we were told there’s a charge but all other tables were served complimentary. We were given our check without being asked if we would like anything else. When we ordered another drink she got upset. I ordered chips and salsa she brought only chips said We already had salsa. We had an empty bowl from salsa on our table that we ordered and used all for taco salads. The chicken taco salad shell was leaking disgusting water. When called to waitress attention she said it’s from the boiled chicken, approached another waitress and she said it’s from the lettuce. We wanted another plate to transfer food on had to get up and get it ourself. When mariachi was performing waitress was serving complimentary tequila shots and passed by our table. We asked to talk to manager she almost approached our table then turned away. When we were ready to leave we waited for our check because waitress took it back when we weren’t ready to leave and did not come back with it. At the register I spoke to manager and told her I have been coming here for years for carry outs and had a horrible experience dining in tonight. I also said I will not be returning. Instead of an apology or asking what was wrong she said fine then don’t come back. Staff very rude. Nancy Garofalo
