Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money
I had a really disappointing experience at Mindy’s Ribs in Mokena. I placed an order ahead of time using their app, spending $142 on what I hoped would be a solid meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from that.
When I calked to confirm the order, I was told by the manager that I should never use their app to order, and that if the food is made early or incorrectly, it’s essentially my fault for using it. That alone was frustrating—why offer an app at all if customers get blamed for using it?
To make matters worse, the food itself was dry and just not good. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and at least decent customer service. Instead, I was left with overcooked food and a bad attitude from management.
I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Mindy’s Ribs based on this experience.

Whenever we order delivery from here, almost every single time our entire drink order is missing. Not sure why this place can’t seem to keep the orders together.

Delicious food. The ribs were not melt in your mouth but they had a good flavor and soft enough. The BBQ sauce comes in 2 different flavors reg and spicy. The asthetic is old world pub. They sell a selection of ice cream. They have a vast menu on meats and sides. Really cute place overall. Friendly service. We got the rib dinner and split it and 2 small drinks and it was 32.00.

Mindy’s must be under new management. Food horrible now, ribs over cooked, chicken dryer then the Sahara desert. What’s wrong, why the cut backs. Went there last nights and And food came out so fast , and started to return it, saturated the food in bbq sauce, so out done

Very sad to leave this review, as we used to love Mindy’s. They have unfortunately gone down hill. Every time we go, something is not right. This last time, the hot dogs were tasteless and brown. The hamburger buns were stale and crumbling apart. The fries are still good
I’ve been to Mindys, but not for about a year. I would absolutely not go back. The chicken was over cooked mushy inside but had such hard old pieces of skin I thought I bit a bone. The bread was dry and the corn was flavorless and obviously frozen and either nukes or left to sit in water. Would not waste the money.

Ribs were like rubber . Chicken on the chicken Cesar salad was chopped up and mushy . I wanted it to be good but definitely sticking to the patio this place was a disappointment
