Was a decent Popeyes experience food could have been warmer, and I had a little wait. With those two things combined i figured the food would have been hotter was barley warm in all honesty

The male manager on 7/14 at 3:15 couldn’t speak good English and the whole experience irritated me. He was rushing my order in the drive thru and threw my fries in with other sides. I had to go in and get another fry.

I place online orders to pick up at this location a lot, the guys at this location are great and very friendly!!! Fresh delicious chicken :)

Best crispy chicken sandwiches! Ordered 1 plain, 1 spicy and 1 regular which we did wait for but they came out super fresh, hot and crispy!

It's very frustrating to be hungry, Order through the drive thru late at night, get home, and find your order was botched. We ordered the popcorn shrimp combo with a side of coleslaw and an extra biscuit along with a few other items. my husband even reminded them again at the window to not forget the extra biscuit for his meal. Well, we get home and they forgot the biscuit. On top of that they charged us and gave us a mashed potato when we specifically asked for coleslaw. I called right away to let them know they messed up our order. Spoke to the manager Manuel. I explained that we don't eat the mashed potatoes because the gravy has pork in it. He proceeded to tell me next time ask for no gravy.....after I had started with and said we initially ordered a coleslaw. On top of that I told him we asked twice for the extra biscuit and he goes well you were never charged for it. I look at the receipt and we were never charged for it i guess but that's not the point. We asked for it. TWICE. We don't typically look at the receipt but going forward I'm going to have to. That with opening the bag up and making sure we get everything we ask for. The management attitude was not what I expected especially when they were the ones who weren't listening to us order 😒 this has happened a few times now too. Theres a communication barrier. Very disappointed.

The manager was really rude when we were ordering. I understand we came in at 8:40 and they dining closes at 9pm. But I was ordering to go and he kept asking us if we were leaving when. We were clearly waiting for our orders. And was aggressively handling our order when we asked for sauce. Poor customer service. And skimped on our food heavily. Mid food

Waited 15 before even getting someone to take my order of a chicken sandwich! DON’t GO THERE!!!

They are going to forget your sauce. Old man at the front is a pain to talk to and very very rude. Forgot the biscuit and did not take my girlfriends order at first when she is standing right next to me. I wont be back. I advise you to find another Popeyes or any other chicken if you want to feel like a paying customer

Food was good but small portion and sprite was nasty

Almost always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the location is clean, and the staff is friendly. I pass the location in Tinley to come here. It's worth the drive.
