I previously posted a negative review with photos for the Smoothie King located in Tinley Park so for comparison I wanted to share my experience at this location. The employees are actually friendly and quick to help. The photos show what my smoothie bowl looks like EVERY SINGLE TIME that I order it from the Mokena location. They do it right! I typically mobile order it and by the time I get home to eat it, it's still frozen but soft enough to eat. I live about 10 min away from this location so these photos were taken after mobile ordering, picking up, and driving home before opening to take the pics. Clearly a HUGE difference between the SMOOTHIE SOUP that I received from the Tinley location. The Mokena location does not have a drive thru and though most people prefer the convenience of a drive thru, take the extra time to walk in and visit this location next time you're in the mood for a smoothie. You won't regret it! Thank you for your consistency and great smoothie bowls!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ordered 3 smoothie’s and only gave us 2 when we approached them to give us one more they gave attitude and demanded to see the receipt and still gave attitude and another thing is that they gave us the cup half full and it tasted TERRIBLE so we approached them again and asked them to make it again and they gave us attitude once again and this the experience I had and just be aware of these SCAMMERS

They don't accept legal cash; $20 bills. Their "excuse" is they got too many counterfeit bills. But they would rather lose customers than acquire a $5 marker that can detect counterfeit money. They lost my $12+ that day, and this has happened more than once to me at that location.

I love this location, the workers are always friendly. I had excellent service with Jaylin and my Apple Kiwi Kale Smoothie was good ?.
I go to this location weekly and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been kind and welcoming. When the owner is there she has always taken the time to come out to greet myself and other customers in the store and has always been extremely helpful. I’ve gone to many smoothie king locations and this one is my favorite hands down.

Customer service is terrible, these kids don't acknowledge you. She walk up to the register and just looked at me.... didn't say hello, can I help you, what would you like? Nothing, just looked at me. I ordered and before I even paid she had walked away. Didn't acknowledge me again. Some retraining on Customer service is needed.

I used to recommend this place to people but it’s like $12 for a medium and they wouldn’t take my $20 for some reason (I read a previous review saying it’s policy but this policy must be recent and they don’t have any signs about it). I don’t like using card but I don’t have a lot of money and don’t carry around every small bill in my bank account. Also they don’t work with gloves or hair nets and one girl is working with a cast that isn’t covered up with a wrap or anything. I think management has changed and just overall it’s not the same.
