I ordered the hazelnut toast. It shouldn’t come with everything seasoning. But they put it on there anyway. I can’t stand that seasoning. It wasn’t the first time this guy has messed up my order either. He’s messed it up a few times over the last couple years. I’m not sure what his name was tho. He told me he’s been there since 2022. The bananas were also a bit mushy. And when I got there, there were no other customers there. The workers weren’t making any smoothies or toast or anything. But my order wasn’t ready. They didn’t even realize I had placed one. So I had to wait for them to make it. When you’re not doing anything you’d think that you’d be paying attention if an online order comes through. This wasn’t my only negative experience here recently. I should’ve written a review sooner

Management seems to have changed. They really need to fire someone else to do their job. Ordered a vegan smoothie and not only was there a hair on the lid I had to ask them to remake cause it tasted like water and ice chunks. Yikes. Not to mention the fruit flies but they were definitely a turn off today!

They won't accept a 20$ bill for payment that is ridiculous. It's either change or card. First time hearing a place that doesn't accept 20$ bills. Keep it mind it's no where written.
