The night crew last night was just standing around doing nothing. No customers, but it took 15 minutes to take care of my online order. Their DM wanted to lecture me about raising my voice. I can see why they had no customers!!! A change at this location is needed!!

this is quite literally the worst starbucks I have ever been through. even if there are only 3 cars in-front of you expect to wait 30minutes to an hour, no exaggeration! it has been like this every single time I’ve gone.

Needs better staffing, the crew is working hard and it still takes 30 minutes to get a coffee. I honestly feel bad for the employees. Owner if you're reading this, you need more people. We come here often, it takes forever to get anything but the people are going as fast they can. That's a management issue.

Slow slow slow slow slow!!!!! I ordered tea and food through the app and no nonsense did I have to wait almost 20 minutes for tea and a ham and cheese sandwich. Oh, and with 6 people working!!!!

The service on the evening crew is horrible. Drive thru times you’ll sit there forever. I sat at the speaker with no one to tell me hello or just a moment. For 2 minutes. I said hello and they finally said one moment please. I’ll stick to going here in the mornings. Service is so much better and friendlier.

Placed my order around 4:15 it’s currently 4:33 and still sitting in the drive thru.

Autumn, you are such a lovely and kind barista! This location never lets me down! You guys are so nice, so fast, and my drinks always taste good. This location is worth the extra drive to pass up the one on Colorado and LaGrange. Thank you for your hospitality!

I came here today 11/14/24 at 3:30pm waiting on my coffee. I have to say there are THREE employees here and they are getting their butts handed to them literally. They’re giving away free red cups so the wait is rather long but kudos to these three busting their butts. Especially the young man with short dark hair and a beard. I believe he is the manager cause he seems to be running the show, but never once had an attitude no matter how overwhelmed they are. He kept his cool. I heard one of the others ask if he called anyone in and he said there’s no one to come in so that confirms he is the manager. Keep up the great work!

Was just at this location ordered a grande, hot chocolate and banana nut bowl in the package. My intention was to eat it later. They’re going to Starbucks for some 20+ years at this point and server was quite rude about it. I told him I always got it that way and he said I couldn’t get it that way. Last week I got a chocolate chip cookies that was as hard as a rock because it was left out of the rapper probably for sometime. I don’t intend to go back to Starbucks at all. Two visits were very bad.

I walked in at 5a just now. I wasn’t greeted by anyone… one person waiting, clearly frustrated.

I ordered my drink and waited for 20 minutes as 7 cars went through and were served, drinks and food. I asked for my refund and left.

This is a new morning crew, and they are a train wreck. unfriendly, ignorant, and so slow they are basically in reverse.

I want my old morning crew back. They were amazing! Why did this change?

This morning I went in for my daily coffee and was greeted by such an amazing staff named Anthony. He provided customer service unlike any other employee at starbucks. He greeted me with a smile and was eager to make my coffee and ensure I had an amazing day :) Thanks to all the wonderful staff at this starbucks for being amazing at their jobs ! Store was very clean and has amazing seating. This is my new favorite starbucks.

I don’t remember the names of the gentlemen who have helped me at the drive-through line, but on three different occasions they have all been very sweet and patient with me while ordering. I will continue to return since I now work in the area.
