every time i come here they always don’t make my drink correct like where is the oatmilk in this and also there’s absolutely no flavor. there food is still as good as any other starbucks but sometimes certain people can have a little attitude and they always mess my drink up😑

Extremely slow service when you go inside. They are pushing drive thru orders out in 2 to 3 minutes and I waited inside for 18 minutes for two coffees and there were only 3 other people in front of me.

It was very upsetting to start the morning with a refusal. We arrived in Chicago late at night from Houston, and in the morning we went to our favorite Starbucks to have coffee and asked to warm up our food in closed containers. It would have taken just one minute, but the staff refused. It was disappointing — in Houston, we are always welcomed with kindness and attentiveness.
In the end, a nearby nail salon kindly warmed up our food, and only then we were able to enjoy our coffee. But the fact that Starbucks could not help with such a simple and human request left a very unpleasant impression. For the lack of hospitality and understanding — one star.

Worst Starbucks I’ve literally ever been too the first picture is what they gave me. This second one is from new Lenox one like this is an actual joke it tasted so watered down and way to much ice like look at this I really try not to be problematic so I didn’t say anything but literally worst Starbucks don’t bother.

The employees here are very nice and helpful. I use the app to earn points and perks. I ordered the dragon fruit mango lemonade refresher drink and it was good. Most of the Starbucks locations don’t have the Cran-Merry Orange lemonade refresher drink available.
